I was extremely pleased with the entire dental experience, and the exemplar treatment I received. The entire team were highly professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming. Despite several phone calls I've been waiting two weeks for a refund. This is not acceptable and begs the question why? Maybe they're hoping I'll give up and go away...

I thoroughly recommend Gentle Dental. I've had a lot of help from this dental team for the past 10 years since I moved to Shirley. What I appreciate most about them is that they provide a thorough consultation to outline the issues you might have with your teeth, health and well being. They communicate well and inform you exactly what they would recommend for your improved dental care. I never feel the injections and appreciate their suggestions. They also pay a lot of attention to an excellent hygiene regime to avoid cross contamination. The surgeries are very clean and staff are all very pleasant whatever branch I've attended. Whatever training they receive at Gentle Dental it is quality, consistent and in my opinion is an excellent local dental provision. I tend to become anxious before I go to the dentists but once I’m there I always feel reassured. Dental care is costly but here at Gentle Dental it is money well spent. I have recommended them to friends who agree with me. I live outside the area and I still visit Gentle Dental when I need to. Phone Dr Mish and the team for a check up now!

Today I came back for my review after the tooth extraction 3 month ago, all I can say is thank you for taking the time, throughout the whole consultation I was able to ask questions, I felt I really understood what was involved, the time the costs etc. Considering when I came for my extraction in a complete state of tears for the fear of the unknown they have really turned me around as I wasn't worried today at all. Yes the cost is expensive but the care and time that was given was so reassuring that I was happy to book further work.

Deciding to get dental implants is not an easy process. They are expensive and one has to research and make sure it’s done professionally and perfectly. I’m so glad I chose Gentle Dental. Today again the reception staff went above and beyond - they had to rearrange five appointments for me again it was neither their fault or my own, they contacted an outside agency that had a baring on what they were able to offer. It was done quickly and at all times with myself in mind. Thankyou ladies.

Dr Siddiqui is a wonderful dentist. This was our first time meeting her today for my 8 year old to have some treatment - fantastic with my daughter, very caring, understanding & calming to my daughter who was very nervous. Will only see Dr Siddiqui from now on. Reception staff are also excellent.

Recently and over last couple of years have experienced superb dental care, particularly from Dr S Persaud. He has gone to the trouble of preserving some difficult teeth and the end result always excellent. I would highly recommend. Sorry to hear he will be leaving soon, but so grateful to have had a wonderful dentist who is quiet, calm and makes nervous patients feel at ease.

I want to thank Dr.Kam for all his hard work he has done on my teeth. I can't thank him enough. He did a fantastic job. I got my confidence to smile now. My favourite dentist. I have always been scared of the dentist mainly due to my severe fear of needles and in the last few months I have had 5 teeth removed and some tooth that was left in my gum by a previous dentist. The truth is in the name they really are gentle and made me feel so calm the entire time!!

Dr Persaud is a superb dentist. I am a very nervous patient but he always puts me at ease. He is calm, professional and understanding and has really helped with my dental issues over the years.

The dental office is always very nice, clean and professional. They are very friendly and make me feel at ease. The team has a lot of knowledge, very caring and explained very clearly what is going on with my dental health and treatment. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone.

I have had very bad experiences with dentists all my life ( now 60) and avoided going unless I couldn’t take it anymore . For example in my twenties when I had wisdom teeth removed arrived at what was supposed to be a trendy new Reigate dentist to see the team wearing T-SHIRTs saying “ When in doubt pull it out” supposed to be funny, to me not !!! And ended up putting a knee on my chest to pull teeth out as the pain relief injections didn’t work due to an infection , which I told them about ( as I know medically what I was talking about as I have worked for the NHS and been a qualified nurse for over 40 years !!! But they know best … not ) Fast forward 2019 when I had a crack in my tooth and my regular dentist put resin in it. Then the pandemic hit and the tooth got more and more cracked and very loose. Didn’t really have faith in my dentist so my partner who had been referred to Gentle Dental suggested I gave them a chance. In particular mentioned the dentist Mish who he said was amazing I bit the bullet so to speak and made an appointment and then yesterday had my tooth put extensive cleaning on the left side and will return next Thursday to have the left side cleaned with I may add No fear My experience was amazing no pain despite injections, a major extraction and cleaning . The team were amazing and so informative and accommodating. I cannot recommend this team At 391 Wickham Road enough and now am cured of my mistrust of Dentist Thank you Team 👏👏

Thanks so much to Adam and his phenomenal team. All a credit to the practice. It was my first time at Gentle Care Dental today and the welcome and customer service I got from start to finish from every member of staff was fantastic. I’ve been to various dentist practices before but never to one like this before. Everyone is so professional and friendly. A big thank you to the lovely lady Florenza (I know I’ve probably spelt that wrong) and her lovely assistant - they were both absolutely amazing at their jobs. I even learned things from them today about dental care. I felt so welcome and comfortable from the first step in the doors to reception - to the clinic room and I can see why it’s called Gentle Dental Care. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they done a great job on my teeth. The receptionist (forget her name) was even kind enough to charge my phone for me while I took my appointment. I highly recommend Gentle Dental Care and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

i attended for a dental hygiene appointment with aziz and his patient manner and knowledge was excellent. i was reluctant to go as i find the process unpleasant but he made sure i was comfortable at all times and i will definitely return to him for my next appt.

Dr Mish and the whole team at Gentle Dental Care are fantastic. I went to see Mish for a Dental Implant consultation (after having a less than positive experience at a different local dentist). Mish was thorough, explained everything in detail and was happy to answer all of my questions. The whole experience from the moment I arrived at the surgery was reassuring and very positive. I have now had the first part of a dental implant completed and the whole procedure could not have gone better. I wholeheartedly recommend Mish and the Gentle Dental Care Group.

Gentle Dental Care Wickham Road simply stated is outstanding. They epitomise the service, care and professionalism expected. You are treated as if your wellbeing matters and this is extended by everyone. Dr Mish is exceptional and truly skilled in his profession along with Dr Bardia, the receptionist, new hygienist and staff in the garden office. I have visited this dental surgery for a number of years and had ranging treatments with absolutely no regrets. Excellent dental practice. Excellent team of reception/admin staff, nursing staff and dentists. Miss Popp is a very well qualified and experienced dentist. During the first consultation she was very thorough with the examination of my teeth, took x-rays of all my teeth and explained to me about all my good and bad teeth.
