I recieve a really bad custumer service. I want to get my money back and to get a hokd of you us impossible. I coukdnt get 3 classes with any teacher every week as promised. I send messages, e mails and get an answer only after days. Im raally disapointed. Still waiting you contact me and give me back my money

My son, 8 years old learned in less then a year almost all the basis English language. Moreover he enjoys the lessons and looking forward for the next one. What helped is that they have a great pool of teachers, so we could pick the one right for him.

A very good teacher, our son loves the program, perfect use of the time. Attentive customer service whenever there are problems.

My daughter, Alma, has started her lessons with Novakid a month ago, and is enjoying them a lot. The english-only lessons and kind teacher create a great learning experience. She's already expanded her vocabulary and hopes to continue improving on her grammar.

My daughter, Emma, started learning with Novakid last week. Emma and her teacher started with the basics with a lot of games and smiles. Emma really enjoys her lessons.

Very nice way to learn english for children. the teachers are very patient and my daughter is not afraid to make mistakes.

My 8 years old learns at Novakid for 6 months now, and we definitely see how much she learns her English now is much better she talk much more easily and her reading is so much better. She loves it! We really recommend it.
