Technical issues which I was told were fixed but were actually not fixed. Got refunded after some discussion with client support.

Very child friendly. Les was nice and my kid enjoyed the lesson!

"I cant reach you, by email or telephone. about questions on my payment." That was the original feedback. And days after I receive from you annoying answer that you are very happy that things sort out good. NO TRUE. NO ONE HAS CONNTECT ME. and I still cant reach you. It is shameful that I have to connect you by feedback system and not normal costumer service.

The curriculum is smart and intertaning and the teachers are so very nice and pleasent! They smile all the time:)

There were technical issues with the lessons. No one answers my phone calls. No one answers my emails. Very bad customer service

We have experienced 3 teachers so far. One was great but the other two were not so good and my daughter didn't want to have any more lessons with them. I feel that parts of the lessons are not adjusted to the kids' kevel, which causes frustration.

The teachers are very nice and friendly and helpful

המורה היתה נחמדה, סבלנית וברורה מאוד. הבינה בזריזות את הרמה של רום ונתנה לו משימות בהתאם לרמה שלו. המשימות ספירליות והרמה שלהם עולה בקצב טוב.

I told the teacher that my daugther doesnt know how to read, and she doesnt know the abc well.. nobody reffered to it

We had a delightful second lesson with Teacher Brit. She is super patient and positive and her pronunciation is perfect. Very happy with the online interaction. Activity UI could be smoother. Some taps the child makes do not have an effect.
