Very good experience, very good teachers, my child loves it!

I signed up for Novakid with the goal of improving my child's English skills, but what I got was nothing but frustration, disappointment, and a platform that fails to deliver on every promise. First and foremost, the lessons are constantly cancelled without any prior notice. It's impossible to make any progress when you can't even count on the classes taking place as scheduled. My child was left frustrated and discouraged time and time again. The lack of service from Novakid is appalling. There's no one to turn to when issues arise, no support, and no accountability. You're left completely on your own to deal with the constant cancellations and schedule changes. It's a nightmare trying to plan around their unreliability. Speaking of scheduling, Novakid seems to think it's perfectly acceptable to change the lesson times whenever they feel like it. They disregard the fact that we have lives and commitments outside of their platform. The inconsistency and lack of respect for our time are infuriating. Worst of all, Novakid has destroyed any trust I had in them. I have no confidence that I'm getting what I paid for. They take your money and then fail to provide the promised services. It's a complete scam. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid Novakid. They are the epitome of an untrustworthy and unreliable educational platform. Save your money and find a service that actually values your time and delivers on their commitments. Novakid is nothing but a colossal waste of money and a source of endless headaches.

My experience is good, the teachers are reliable, friendly and my kid enjoys the lesson very much.

All teachers have Excellent English (we have changed few). They are very polite and professional. All basic teachers are from Philippines while premium are mixed (US, Nigeria, South Africa). Affordable prices and very good customer support. The downside is the program. While it is well prepared, it is not personal. It feels synthetic and fakely energetic. The teacher several times does not explain the task well enough for a child that is an absolute beginner and misses the point that the child did not understand what he needs to do exactly. We shall try with the more advanced teachers. Perhaps that will change our experience.

The website is difficult to use. I can’t find exercises to practice between classes

דיברתי עם נציגה לגבי קביעת שיעורים מול מורה ספציפית , היא אמרה שתבדוק ותחזור אלי אך לא חזרה מיום חמישי . בתי הייתה בשיעור ניסיון עם המורה פרנצ׳סקה ומאוד מעוניינים להמשיך איתה אך הלו״ז שלה לא זמין כלל , מרגיש כמו עבודה בעיניים מה שקורה איתכם . אודה לחזרתכם המהירה לפני ביטול המנוי

Marion the teacher is awesome! The homework sessions sometimes get stuck with no audio and a restart to the browser solves it. There's no way to add another parent to the account so management is via a static url with token Very hard to maintain 3 lessons per week when the schedule doesn't sync automatically to my calendar

Bee is a great teacher.

The teacher o the trial lesson is not availeble. The premium teachers have a slim schedule at the afternoon on Israel time. You need to purches before you find the teacher you like and the schedule. On preply for example it's much better platform. It's not cheaper then a class face to face with more time. The games to practice befor the lesson is suitable for young beginners. On the plus side the activities on the lesson are fun.
