Plants arrived in good shape and are growing well. However, the pansy tray of Lavender Medley has already sent up two blossoms of which one was white and other was a bronze. No big deal - just thought I would mention it. Looking forward to ordering more material for spring.

The plant cuttings arrived on time and were very healthy. They are all currently thriving in our mist house with vigorous roots emerging.

I'm located in central NC but I still didn't expect to get the package in just 1 day, which was great! I would say that some of the plugs came out of their slots and the plants seemed to be matted down a little in their packaging. Just some areas for improvement, but overall an excellent purchase!! North Carolina Farms is my go to for rooted plants! I have been a customer for many years and always come back every year. The plants arrive in good condition and if there has been a problem they quickly respond and correct any issues.

As always the service, ship time and product are top notch. The delivery guy clearly can’t read “this end up” and left the package on its side so there was a considerable amount of plugs spilled out of one of the trays but because of the well done packaging it was contained and every plant survived with no damage.

Plants were beautiful, would have loved to see a shipping option just a week earlier, and plants came slightly damaged from shipping. A better packing could have prevented damage. Otherwise, very lovely website, easy ordering and arrived on time according to shipping date!

some of the mum plugs were damaged in shipping. When I called Miss E. told her what had happend and that I had taken pictures- she told me to go ahead and send them - they would get started right away with the replacements. She was very helpful she stayed in touch with me ( I did not have to call her again) . Even for the substitution of one color- she was very helpful and patient. They are fantastic to work with.
