Great customer service On time deliveries

Majority of liners were not rooted very well, therefore they were dislodged from the plug trays during shipment.

Our orange flat was shorted, while l was not charged it messed with our total count to plant. The orange flat was shorted was also burnt and not great quality.

Great service and my plants had no damage. Love the way they package plants that ship to me!

Unrooted herb cuttings arrived promptly and in great great shape . Some have begun to take root already (day 5) and none have appeared to not make it.

Most plants were very good, but some of the geraniums were barely rooted, and the golden bacopa was pretty rough, but not bad enough for a claim

half the zinnias were so dry they wouldnt even stand up..you back ordered something i asked you to hold that would have been shipped.. your quality and support has definitely gone down the last couple years.

Plants arrived on time and were packaged well. All plants were alive and none of them were smashed.

I was dissappointed in the quality of liners. The torenia and bridal veil look stringy and didn't have a healthy tone. The begonias are too tall. The echiveras look great and the wandering jew is fine, too.

Expertly packed for shipping, items arrived in perfect condition.

Delivery was prompt as communicated. The only issue was that a few of my plants were spilled out of the trays.

Everything came pretty good. I was surprised to get two packages and realize that one tray was to tall to fit in the box. I would have appreciated knowing that so I could have adjusted the order to full boxes. Also I got several combos and received. One specific variety three times.

Our coleus arrived with pests. We were substituted purple trailing petunias in place of blue without notification and we had advertised that we would offer a patriotic hanging basket. We were pleased with how quickly the plants arrived we just expected better quality and it would have been nice to be notified about stock issues.

Love NC Farms! They sell great plugs at a great price. We are super excited to start growing with them!
