Our first year and we are extremely happy. Several thousand plants. NC Farms communicated throughout the experience, answered questions, and helped us get started with our ordering process. Delivery was predictable and timely, packing was fantastic, and the plants are great. Small variations in availability or questions related to the stock were communicated very well. I'm excited to utilize NC Farms going forward.

Very easy to order on websight. Customer service when amazing when I requested combining orders and adding things to the order. A representive Elizabeth was increadble and answered the phone when called. Very patient and friendly. Took care of all the tweeks to our orders! A few of the white Lantanas were not it good shape and didn't make it but overall the plant quality is great! The hanging baskets are also very good and we love the epipots! Thank you North Carolina Farms for making things so easy to order with out jumping through a lot of hoops.

Friendly staff who will answer any questions about how to raise their product. Packing was great and needed. Because shippers can not read. ( this side up).

Order was correct and plants arrived in okay shape although 1 tray slid down the side of the inside of the box. Unfortunately, the grower delivery truck service wasn’t headed to our area around our scheduled delivery week this year (as in the previous 2 years). Plants get a much rougher ride with UPS and FedEx.

It was very easy to place my order. For the most part the plugs came intact. However some of them were out of the trays and a few damaged. Also some were very dry especially around the edges where the paper wrap was against the side. I know shipping often disrupts some plugs so don’t think it was sent out this way. Overall very good company to work with.

Our box came SMASHED. Cartoon style. Flats had clearly been thrown out of the box and shoved back by the shipper - one was folded. But the plants were packed so well and were so hardy that an astonishing number of them survived!! I couldn't believe it! And customer service was amazing, quickly and easily crediting us for the losses. A potential total loss and a weeks setback was instead a minor hiccup due to the quality of plants, packing and customer service.

I would say 15% of one of my trays were wilted beyond repair or there was simply not plant in the cell. I do appreciate the swift shipping though!
