Company was easy to get hold of when I wondering about my order. Via phone. They were already preparing order for dispatch. Will be ordering from here again. Tried the Tree tops drink cocktail 12 fruits drink from a vend machine just a few days before. Lovely natural just juice can without fake sugars. 100% recommend this drink and this supplier!

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service it’s really good, they get back to you more or less straight away and will help as much as they can. The delivery was also good and on time.

They took my money knowing that they never had the order in stock. Apparently the drinks I wanted have been discontinued. They have issued me a refund, which just over a week later I am still waiting to receive in my bank.

I purchased drinks from Fame, after a couple of weeks waiting for an update with no communication from them they refunded me the amount I paid for the drinks saying they don’t have stock for it. Why let me purchase it in the first place? On the website it never stated “out of stock”, why waste so much time?

Waited a week to receive a phone call saying they were out of stock. Web site still showed as in stock. Full refund received.

I've subscribed, hopefully the out of stock items I wanted will become available for me to order, hence the reason I have 4 stars.

I ordered one type of water with electrolytes and I received a phone call 2 weeks later to be informed they don't have it - they offered another type of water completely (which was sparkling and I hadn't known it is) and I had ordered 24 bottles x 500ml and got 12 bottles x 375ml. If I had known the difference was going to be from apples to oranges, I could have said no. But they weren't too keen to give me all the details, just to send something and be done with me. Not the best customer service and a bit deceitful. I would have appreciated more transparency.

Seller communicated well, package was shipped onto and packed nicely.

Paid £6.95 for delivery within 2-3 days and recieved my item 12 days later. No communication after attempting to email. Will not be repeating my order.

Delivery was a bit late but the lady I spoke to did everything in her power to get my drinks to me I left because of holiday and she got the driver to leave in a safe space for me I will order again

Drinks didn't turn up. Shortly after ordering the drinks, the website started showing the drinks as being out of stock. I tried multiple times to contact the company about the order but didn't get any response. After 3 weeks I got a Paypal notification saying a refund had been issued. 5 days later another notification saying the refund was not able to be completed successfully. Still waiting for my refund to come through.
