La livraison française est décevante avec peu d'attention à manipuler les meubles, heureusement sans encombre après vérification. Les fauteuils d'excellente manufacture respirent un cuir de qualité. I ordered two wing Chairs at Saxon furniture because of the design was nice and the price was affordable and reasonable. My son asked me: Mother, why did you order in UK I instead to look for in North America!?? Because I like and trust Britons for their love for details , was my answer. I was right: the two chairs arrived in Montreal, Canada in a splendid shape, in time and without any problems for me: Saxon Furniture organized all the procedure, from UK to my Door: Unbelievable!! I searched many websites for months at first it was about finding a reliable company online as you hear stoties about orders taken and paid but never reach the customer and for a big purchase like this you have to be 100% confident. Timeless Chesterfield ticked all the boxes when it came to trust and reliability. We chose the design we liked and now it was the task of getting the right colour! My family and friends know I love green and I found the perfect green "Birch Forest Green" A 4 seater, 3 seater and a 1.5 seater! Looks amazing. Once I had ordered I was a little worried if I would be happy and will it be exactly like I imagined. YES it's perfect! Love the green, love the Chesterfield and great customer service. I cannot recommend this company and their sofa's highly enough. Every aspect of the experience was professional and pleasant. They even sent a swatch of the material prior to it going into production and while it was different than the way it appeared on line, it turned out to be perfect. Terrific experience, terrific sofa!

They helped us to find a matching sofa and shipped it to US. The sofa is beautiful and perfectly matching with the other two chairs that was build over 25 years ago. From Start to finish everything went like clockwork. I was a bit hesitant ordering from New Zealand but need not have been. Janette and Pauline were so helpful and communication was great. I must say that I have never had a more exciting time purchasing a sofa! From finding your website and seeing just what I had been looking for, to being able to select each detail of the sofa, but also to have met some absolutely wonderful agents, (Janette, Pauline, and Katie), to assist me with making all the right choices has exceeded my expectations! Then, to actually see MY sofa in person, I wanted to shriek with delight!!! It is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I have had so many people remark about how beautiful it is, and I find myself just staring at it at times. The handfinished antique blue is stunning with the chrome nailheads and it is a perfect centerpiece to the rest of my furniture! Thank you so much for such an awesome experience!!! We found the exact style we were looking for to fit in our Victorian house. The colour is just stunning in person and the quality is very evident. The delivery team were friendly and helpful to boot!

The size is a bit small compared to north american sizes though. 4 seater is more like a 3 seater... Build and quality is excellent. Beautiful and Functional.

We ordered 2 sofas after thinking how many times have we brought from the major stores and the fact they only lasted 3 - 5 years maximum despite all the promises made at the time from them. The small extra cost was so worth it, we where kept informed all the way up until the 20 minutes before delivery letting us know they are almost with us, the gentleman who brought them in where from the factory not argos like so many and where proud to work for them. If you are thinking of buying from them do it, great communication, great products and great service, I would say I would buy from them again but the quality and our age I dont think we will but it has not stopped us recommending them to friends who have been impressed by the sofas.

I have just received at my home in Lisbon a wonderful three-seater Stanhope in Old English Gamay leather with a slightly customized finish. It is very beautiful, it has an impressive and solid feel of quality and it is very confortable for my taste (almost orthopedic, I would say, given that it forces a correct posture at the level of the lower back). The leather is stunning. What I particularly appreciated is the image of the company as conveyed by the beautiful web site and the gracious communication. Together with the many photos available on the Facebook profile, the site, as well as the prompt and satisfying answers to my emails, were very helpful for the choice of the model. The detailed and varied online material was one of the factors that made me choose this company. Above all, I appreciated the honest marketing attitude. This impression was confirmed when I finally could see the final product, which exceeded my expectations. It is an extremely rare pleasure, nowadays, to experience this kind of professionalism when buying either online or in shops. In all, I could not be more satisfied and I am very grateful to all the staff of Saxon: from the (unfortunately unnamed) craftsmen to Pauline and Janette, with whom I was directly in contact.

After initially buying one three seater chesterfield sofa from Timeless Chesterfields I was so impressed by the quality of the product and the customer service provided that I just had to fill my home with more of their wonderful products. I now also have a beautiful wing chair, an oversized cuddle chair and a fabulous leather coffee table. If only my bungalow were bigger so I could buy more. Maybe it's time for a new conservatory. ;-) I would definitely recommend Timeless Chesterfields.

i ordered the sofas and the timing was as scheduled and the sofas were brilliant. the communication with the staff was also very excellent and calls for reminding me how much I had been left with to pay was good. the emails and letters for invoices were also very good and I got a discount too.
