Recommended to me by my very happy sister. Great service when ordering as had to do so online. Had opportunity to review fabric prior to making product, when I wasn't happy with my choice (hard to pick colours on line), phoned customer service and described what I wanted over the phone. She totally got it and sent me three excellent samples to chose from - all refected what I wanted. Articles arrived on time, with very efficient workmen. Quality of products perfect. Am really happy with my order.

I am in the United States and was inspired by Nigel Farrage and the Brexit movement to find and buy some beautiful English leather high back chairs for my new You Tube channel set. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great furniture and we'll worth the money. They were in touch all the time my furniture was being made. When it arrived the 2 delivery men were so professional that I knew I didn't have to worry about any damage occurring. Great company to buy from and I would definitely use them again.

This review is for anyone who is skeptical about ordering from another country. From start to finish it took 11 weeks to manufacture ship and receive my sofa. Not only is it worth the wait you will never buy a quality sofa made in the US like the one I had made in England. This is truly livable art. The leather is like butter and the quality of every material used is poetic perfection. The team at Saxon knows there stuff and will hold your hand every step of the way from beginning to end. Professionalism at its best! You can have any detail custom made just for your taste, size, and dimensions. Not to mention the sofa arrived in a custom pallets wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box and then a palliated crate. This is the part that concerned me the possibility of damage. But everything came safe dry and undisturbed as if it was delivered from down the street. I would so order again and I recommend Saxon to anyone who wants a one of a kind traditional chesterfield that will last for years and years. Oh and one more thing if all this is not enough they have a 30 day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. I am just so happy and please with every step of the process.

We were naturally a little nervous about ordering expensive furniture online for international delivery however we need not have worried. I ordered my grosvenor sofa in May after travelling down from Edinburgh to Manchester to pick it. I received my sofa in July and cannot fault this the sofa is gorgeous and made really well. The service we have received has been excellent and in store they made us feel very welcome. Nice to buy a sofa manufactured to a high standard in the uk cannot recommend this company enough.
