We were delivered from our couch yesterday morning and everything went perfectly. The sofa is as we expected and we like it very much. I bought a 2 seater and matching chair from this company online as we live up in Scotland. When ordering furniture without actually seeing it in reality, there's always a bit of a risk but, in all honesty, the furniture was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Communication was top notch throughout and they even sent a sample of the actual fabric roll ours would be cut from to double check the colour was exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend this company enough; the furniture is exquisite and the staff extremely professional. Order from them without hesitation and sit back and enjoy!

Amazing sofa the process was so easy and communication was top notch even during COVID.

Used the online ordering service to buy a Chesterfield 3 seater settee and matching chair - in silver crushed velvet. I must have asked for about 12 samples before I chose the colour. Excellent service throughout the entire process. My only concern was whether the seats would be soft enough - they are perfect. Oh, and the cat absolutely adores sleeping on the arms, the back and the seats - so a clear 5 stars from him.

What a fantastic company and support team ..we are in our seventies and required a replacement recliner..beautiful superbly made chaise lounge arrived yesterday. The delivery team had a long walk to install it..all done with courtesy and a smile..no problem was their very genuine approach.. they also dissembled and relocated the existing chair.. again absolutely no problem ..we can’t praise the Saxon Team highly enough .
