The items were great, however I wa sa bid disappointed in the thickness and length the chain (hound w/ pearl). I am happy with the ring and pendant.

I love Rare Romance! I had my eye on the the chunky Cuban bracelet for so long and was so excited to get it at Christmas. It was even better in person! Then I started having issues with the clasp coming undone I contacted Rare Romance and they immediately dealt with the problem and got me a new one with a clasp that works great. Since then I ordered a second one in the gold, so I have a silver and a gold and I wear them almost every day! Thank you for your help and great customer service Rare Romance!
