United States | 09 August 2023They do remove bad reviews on their website. Avoid their cuffs at all cost, I wear cuffs all the time and have never lost a piece. Their cuffs are horrible and fall off when I turn my head. Lost it first time wearing outside of home (at home it was easy to find it)
