I purchased a necklace and it was prettier in person! Shipped quickly. Unfortunately when taking out of box it was broken. I notified company and they replaced it right away I had the new one in just a few days. For that alone I gave 5 stars GREAT customer service!!!

Terrible product, price and shipping. They charge a bunch of money for cheap made jewelry. The bracelet I bought broke while I was unpacking it from the shrink wrap and the ring feels like I could just bend it in my hands. Absolute joke of a company.

I love the pieces I have received from rare romance, they're awesome quality and unique designs are outstanding. I do feel that the price is a bit we questionable, considering everything is stainless steel, but I can't find anything like them anywhere else. I have seven pairs of their earrings as well as two necklaces and always get complements wearing them from so many people, and so far they feel worth it for me.
