Ordered 50 roses(for 440$!) 1pm Sunday 13th for next day delivery.. after nothing showing up by 3 pm next day started texting, emailing and even DM’ing them to no avail. Finally after many unanswered messages a response ; driver will deliver in 40 mins … 2 hours later still no flowers on a Valentines day . Delivery finally arrived 10:15 pm … no sorry no discounted final bill no nothing

United States | 16 February 2022If I could give a hundred Stars I would! First to check out process was very simple. My wife is a firefighter and was moved last minute to a different station. Someone contacted me immediately after my change of address request was sent. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful in getting the delivery to the right location. Mind you this was Valentine's Day morning when florists are at their probably most chaotic time. The floral arrangement turned out better than expected and my wife absolutely loved them!! I can't express my gratitude enough that the accommodated me with no fault of their own. I hold customer service to a very high level and they surpassed that expectation. I highly recommend this company for great quality flowers at a fair price.

United States | 01 February 2022Nice store, and nice flower arrangement. I had nothing to say and thought I would keep ordering flowers from them. But the person I bought the flowers for, an older sophisticated lady from Miami Beach, told me half the flowers died the next day. She called me up to thank me for the beautiful flowers the next day and, told me I should order flowers from somewhere else next time and what happened. I was of course disappointed the flowers died right away. Even when you buy from a grocery store they last for a week. I called up the owner. She was pleasant. She said she will investigate etc. then called me back and told me that I had bought discounted flowers that should have cost 250 dollars for 130. She pretended to not know what I bought when she personally instructed over the phone that I get those ones. I think a business should not cheat its clients when especially I had just ordered another 250-300 dollar order from the same day. So 250+130 = 380 dollars and one bouquet was dead the next day. You can be the judge if it’s a fair business practice, and now I look cheap to the people I bought the flowers for when they were not that cheap to begin with. I can’t express how pissed off I am. I got a phone call from the boyfriend of the owner but I refused to talk. I don’t feel like what happened can be fixed. You only have one chance to make an impression with flowers, and they should learn their business better and throw away the dead flowers and not sell them. - updating the review. Since they provided feedback, let me also provide more. I have never seen a flower shop that delivers the flowers tell the girl as they deliver the flowers “we tried to correct his Russian but he wouldn’t listen, his message has mistakes but we did our best”. Quite shocking. The personal attack on my business is inappropriate the same way. Instead of fixing the issues about the flowers dying the next day the guy goes and researches my company, and says random stuff - a bit weird. Also I find it sad that he lies and says I picked the flowers myself. It is not true. They gave me the bouquet that was a nice one that they had prepared, and it did look good. Then there were dead flowers in it. I said those flowers look dead, and we should remove them. And they did and replaced them with others. Which is fair. I didn’t pick the flowers myself. Regardless the flowers should not die whether I picked them out or not, should they? This shows the level of service sadly. You spend money and they make you guilty.
