Ordered an Onkyo receiver with the silver finish online but was informed the next day the silver model was out of stock and did I want it in black as the silver one would take a few days to get. as I wanted the silver one I was prepared to wait. After 3-4 days I was informed that the silver model was available and would be sent later that day and it arrived the following day. This was over the Christmas new year period so overall I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Really enjoyed shopping with Exceptional AV. The person operating the live chat was knowledge and quick to answer. When they couldn't answer my question, they arranged for someone to call me directly. After a chat on the phone, I was convinced to splash out on a new amp and speakers, which arrived in just over a day. Great service.
