I have bought 5.1 Dali speakers from Exceptional AV before and was very pleased and reassured with the service and advise. I did the same again a few weeks ago to purchase the Marantz MCR612 midi HiFi unit and was provided with the same service on advise and received the unit the very next day after I decided to purchase it. The advise is always informed and without pressure to sell which I find reassuring.

I bought a Project turntable but it produces a lot of feedback from the record being played and does not link via Bluetooth to a Sonos Move without being intermittent playback.

Delivery went smooth and fas, no problems. I bought a "Denon AVR-X2600H AV Receiver w/ Monitor Audio MASS 5.1 Gen2 + extra pair of speakers and wallmounts". 1 note: from the site it's not clear which powercord type will be supplied with the order. For people ordering from outside UK (like me) this is important info...i ended up with a receiver with a UK mainscord, but i was able to replace it myself. The speakers did came with both UK and standard EU mainscord. I'm happy with the sound of this receiver/speaker combination.

What fantastic service! I bought an Onkio home cinema set up last year and the sub woofer went bad, I was advised to return it for fixing but after a few weeks I was told they would be sending a new one as the original couldn't be mended. The new one came from an original boxed system. Many thanks to Karl and team for such great service. Will definitely be shopping there again and would recommend anybody thinking of getting new kit to do the same.
