I ordered a Denon CD player and amplifier which were on the website but received a reply that they were out of stock with no prospect of the order being fulfilled by Denon. Two days later I received a call to say that the equipment had arrived and was ready to ship. So some mix up with Denon, but after that totally satisfied.

Dealt with Karl at Exceptional AV and he and the company exceeded my expectations. Ordered a Denon AVR3500 and Oberon 5 5.1 speaker package. Karl checked they were in stock after an email query I sent. The items arrived quickly and everything was in perfect condition. The price was substantially lower than the high street retailers, to such a level I could just not ignore. Communication was very fast and it was a great service. Highly recommended.
