Very good company, quick delivery

Recently purchased a pair of Monitor Audio Silver 300 Gen 7 Speakers from AV.. At first I called to by the Gen 6 as they were in my budget. Unfortunately they were out of stock, Andrew Scaife explained they had the gen7 and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. The speakers arrived the next day and unfortunately were damaged ! This happens its not uncommon, what's important is how the seller deals with the problem. Andrew was superb from start to finish. had them collected the same day and a new pair delivered in no time. Top notch, i pre ordered as the bundle i wanted was not in stock, there was a delay in regards to the first email but that was because i ordered on a friday evening and they don't work on the weekend but early morning monday they confirmed what i knew already the items were on the way, there was a few days waiting but Karl kept me informed all the way and once all the items were in the items were dispatched and i got them next day. I'm very happy with the products and the service, would recommend.
