When no other supplier had stock of the Home Cinema bundle I was after, Exceptional AV had the receiver and speakers that I wanted in stock, as well as some alternatives. They gave me some honest advice, as I wasn't sure if my original choice was correct for my room size I ordered too late for dispatch that day (4.50pm) but my order did dispatch the next day, as promised and I received it the day after.
