My partner and I went into The Little Gem to get our wedding rings. We sat talking to Lou and Jamie for ages, asking all our questions, discussing what we wanted and trying on rings. Lou has an absolute wealth of knowledge and this was invaluable to us! We left feeling so happy and knowing so much more than when we went in. I can't recommend them highly enough! Both my mum and I have had items designed and made by James and Lou. I had some stunning sapphire earrings made and my mum remodelled both her engagement and wedding rings and got some new gold hoop earrings. There artistic flare, patience with indecisiveness and amazing craftsmanship meant we are both so happy with what they have done for us. I took my engagement ring in to Little Gem to be remodelled. Lou and James listened carefully to what I wanted, made constructive suggestions about shapes of stones and then ordered in diamonds in different sizes for me to choose. They produced a beautiful ring that I am thrilled with. All this completed in 6 weeks, thank you Lou and James.

I have had a piece of jewellery that I hadn’t been wearing that I was wanting to get more use of. I wished to use the diamonds from a bangle to make a platinum eternity ring for which I had already sought advice from various jewellers that I had previously used. I went into Little Gem when passing on a whim but was extremely impressed by their valuable knowledge and advice from this family business which was given without any obligation. The quote I received was competitive but more than that I felt complete confidence in the knowledge and friendly advice I received to place my redesign there and then. I received my completed ring ahead of schedule and I am utterly delighted with the result. I have many other items I will gradually take to Little Gem for their advice and help with redesign. I highly recommend to friends and family with absolutely any hesitation.

I visited Lou to enquire about the possibilities having a neckless made. The original neckless had been lost and all I had was a photo. From this he created an exact copy. He’s done an amazing job and I’m delighted with what he has created. I received great advice from him and James and thoroughly recommend them.

Bought my wife an eternity ring from The Little Gem Sevenoaks. I popped into Little gem to ask whether they would be able to make my wedding ring bigger having broken my finger it no longer fitted. James was extremely helpful and said they would definetely be able to do that and advised me that they do not stretch the ring but instead insert additional gold to the desired size. They did a fabulous job and as such when we dropped the ring in for resizing, my husband having recently lost his wedding ring in the surf purchased a replacement ring which he picked up yesterday and it is absolutely fabulous.
