I have had a terrific experience with the Little Gem. One ring (which had lost a stone) has been fixed and reset; and they have designed and created a beautiful ring using a diamond I had. Both are stunning and the staff delightful. Couldn't ask for more.

A really lovely Little Gem. I visited this shop last year on recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. I had my very old engagement ring made into a beautiful bespoke signet ring and other rings that didn’t fit, made bigger. Since then I surprised my husband with a specially made signet ring and he surprised me with a stunning pair of earrings. Both Lou and James are really nice and so helpful. We will definitely be back for any future jewellery requirements we might need or even for a chat, coffee and a browse.

We have recently purchased our wedding rings from the shop and it was a great experience. The staff were very knowledgable and provided a huge range of choice. I would definitely look to go back for future jewellery needs. They do a lot of bespoke stuff which is really beautiful.

We have just recently had our wedding rings made at The Little Gem Bespoke Jewellers and can’t recommend James and Lou highly enough. We absolutely love our rings and cannot wait to wear them in a few month’s time. My engagement ring is a difficult shape and I was really set on having a half halo of diamonds as my wedding ring. Lou fit the wedding ring perfectly around my engagement ring, like they were meant to be together. Couldn't rate this father-son team highly enough, they were attentive and really listened to me and my vision. They were fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back in the future.

From the very first phone enquiry I felt in safe hands and this only continued and grew when I met Lou & James to discuss the creation of a bespoke ring with huge sentimental value. We recently purchased our wedding bands from The little gem and couldn’t be happier with the rings. The whole team were so helpful from start to finish and guided us through picking our bands and the different options available. When we picked up our bands we were absolutely thrilled, they were perfect!

We had a signet ring made for our son’s 18th birthday with the family crest engraved on it. It was beautifully done and of an excellent quality. Our son absolutely loved it. I have just had a signet ring made for my grandson's 18th birthday. 18ct gold and a very heavy weight. Exactly what I wanted. It was everything and more than I had hoped for. Luciano did a fantastic job and James took infinite care to ensure it was right. I decided to have a pair of pear drop Tanzanite earrings made - Triple AAA grade and colour to match a pendant I already had. The earrings are for my granddaughter. James sourced 4 different pairs of stones to choose from. Again there was so much care taken to get it right. They are beautiful. Having had a bespoke jeweller for more than 40 years, who produced jewellery for Garrards (who has sadly retired due to ill health), I had never thought to find someone who could compare. I was wrong, and am so pleased to have found The Little Gem. My sincere thanks to both Luciano and James for all their help and the amazing jewellery they make. As you can imagine we shall be returning.

When I entered Little Gem I wasn't sure what I wanted. I needed my late husband's wedding ring used to make something I could wear. I received great help and sound advice and ended up with a pair of beautiful earrings to match my engagement ring. Something that I had always wanted.

Excellent experience with both Lou and James Lou advised us on, and then created our wedding rings and was endlessly patient helping us understand what it was what wanted. A really personal experience, and we really felt we were in good hands. Exceptional Service .... I decided to write this review because of the utterly amazing service I had from James and Lou. We/I commissioned a number of pieces from a 70th birthday gift to my 20th wedding anniversary. The piece for my Anniversary is quiet frankly exceptional. A stunning piece which will be passes down through generations. Thanks you. I have a number of other pieces planned, will not be going anywhere else.
