Ordered new kick boards makes the kitchen look much nicer

I was so happy to find Mersey, MDF, Plas & Ply, and from the minute I placed my order to delivery of my made to measure plinths I couldn’t fault them. I would highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely be using them again. A***

The staff were friendly and helpful when I had queries regarding bracket quantities and sizes for the several made-to-measure shelves I ordered with various dimensions. My shelves arrived very well packaged, and within the advised timescale. I’ve waited until now to review, as the shelves have only just been put up. They look great, well finished, and are of very good quality. This is my second purchase from Mersey MDF, Plas & Ply; the first one was an extra shelf for inside a wardrobe. I will definitely buy from them again if and when I need any more.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Mersey mdf plas & ply themselves. Customer service sales were excellent, we had issues with the 3rd party delivery company who were not the best in relation to delivering as scheduled then delaying the delivery due to damaged packaging.... The issue was resolved by a very helpful Lady (sorry but didn't save her name so cannot thank her in this message) that spoke with delivery firm and arranged for the our shipment to be supplied so it could be checked at our end to see if the goods themselves were damaged.... which they weren't so all was fine. 5* for Mersey mdf and 2* for 3rd party shipping firm.

Amazing service! Needed just a length of mdf to replace a broken plinth in my kitchen. Mersey MDF had precisely what I needed in the exact oak finish and it was cut to my precise measurements. It arrived by courier on the date expected.

Very helpful on the phone, lovely staff, great value, the speed of delivery slower than I expected but I probably should of checked that !

This is the second time I’ve ordered shelving here. I would recommend them. You can order samples which arrive very quickly. Once you have chosen your colour ordering on their website is straightforward & communication is good following the order . We chose to pick ours up but they do also deliver.

Really great service. Had issues with the postage costs at checkout but these were resolved by the customer services team straight away (it was a tech issue, not the company). Items made and delivered as promised and because of the tech issue were posted free as a gesture of goodwill. Fantastic and will definitely use again if needed.
