Unfortunately only one parcel arrived and the other is still with the courier (missing) however on reporting this to the company they went above and beyond to get me sorted with a replacement along with some edging.Thankyou all especially(Marie) for your help and understanding. I had some doors and side panels made to measure, very happy with how they were made. Well packaged , no damage .Excellent communication, great friendly staff would highly recommend.

Mersey MDF, plas & Ply have supplied us on a couple of occasions. The products have arrived on time, well packaged and made to spec. No complaints.

Great product and service. Thank you However the delivery company XPD delivered the package to the wrong address (Next door) and failed to leave any note or communication saying where it was. I could not find the package which came up on the app as delivered - so thought it was missing or stolen. 2 days later the neighbours sent me a text as they had not been around. 100 percent quality from Mersey MDF but very disappointed in XPD delivery.

Colour and size was spot on. It was packaged well with edge protection strips so the plinth was in perfect condition upon arrival. Answered my emails promptly also prior to shipping which was reassuring. Would use the service again
