I have only used the company twice but have been very pleased with how all the staff treated me and their knowledge (we discussed grades of birch ply and coloured MDF in some detail) - I really felt I was a valued customer ( a rare occurence these days). Ordered new kickboards for kitchen - colour was a fantastic match, and was delighted with the quality. Plinths were precisely cut to my specific sizes, and were solid and a thicker construction than I had realised, which was great. Would use again.

Service like theirs is hard to come by. Ordered some mdf shelving to turn refurbish a cupboard. Getting the sizes and design we needed was very simple and the value for money was brilliant. Items were dispatched promptly, unfortunately the delivery company XDP weren't the best and only 2 out of 3 parcels initially reached us. I contacted Mersey MDF and Graham responded to my email within 24 hours and arranged for a replacement to be sent out by alternate carrier which arrived within 48 hours. Looking after customers like that is a rare thing in this day and age, things go wrong but even when it wasn't their fault they were quick to fix it. Highly recommend.

Items arrived as described but were damaged. In my opinion they were poorly packaged with not enough protection in the packaging, so 3 of the 5 pieces of plinth were cracked and broke once unpacked. The ones that weren't damaged were of good quality and made measure.

The product was OK but the length of time taken to deliver it was ridiculous particularly since the major part of the cost was taken up by the delivery charge. It is possible that the fault was mainly with the courier.
