They were brilliant about replacing a board that got broken in transit, and one that was accidentally ordered in the wrong colour (because the sample was labelled wrongly). The proper boards were perfect once they arrived. Great communication, speedy turnaround, good prices. Highly recommend!

One of the planks arrived damaged - large dent in it. From the state of the packaging, it looks like delivery damage. I didn’t bother contacting them as the package arrived when I was out, I needed the shelves for something time critical, and I was able to hide the dent. It’s the second time I’ve had an issue with this company. The previous time they replaced a shelf that had the wrong measurement. L I’m sure they’d have done it again but couldn’t be bothered to complain.

Great price, great quality, speedy deliver and kept me informed when there were a couple of courier issue. Highly recommended. And my kitchen looks great!

Have used Mersey MDF,Plas & Ply for a few years now and have always been happy with the well made shelves (of many different sizes) together with a good array of different coverings for the shelves to choose from. Their website is a breeze to use as well. The items are always very well packaged for delivery. I wouldn't consider any other company than this one for shelving.

Very good company to deal with, I thought they were a little slow and my delivery did come partly damaged, hence 4 star. Damaged items were replaced without any hassle and the product was good.
