Colour was matching with the picture on online, exact size and good parcel shipment. Cannot ask for more!

I decided to replace my kitchen plinths to fit new under unit drawers. After measuring up all the separate pieces needed I placed an order on their website which was simple and straightforward. The plinths arrived in two separate boxes which were well packed and had a plastic covering to protect them from scratches. The sizes were exactly as ordered and fitted well. Note that the cut ends are not finished. If there was an option for this I must have missed it. Overall a very good service delivering high quality plinths exactly as described at a fair price. Excellent company to deal with. Answered all my questions prior to placing my order. Plinths made to our measurements, kept up to date with delivery. Arrived well packaged. Couldn’t fit them for a few weeks due to floor fitter delays. Opened packaging, all items as requested. Unfortunately i misunderstood one of the answers to one of my questions and thought the finish was on one end as well as top (entirely my fault). Rang them Christmas week, explained problem. Customer advisor really helpful and solved my problem. End tape sent immediately, received in time to finish before Christmas. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Highly recommend 😊
