I received my order in excellent condition - 2 days sooner than it was scheduled to be available for dispatch/collection from your premises! Whilst my order was only for a single door panel I could not have wished for a better ‘customer experience’. I admit that I was slightly apprehensive when I thought of the potential damage the door might sustain ‘in transit’ but it was so very well packed that I needn’t have worried - the edge and corner protection were particularly welcome! The service and tracking updates I received from the courier XDP Express were also excellent - and the 48Hr. service ‘unexpected’ - the driver was both friendly and courteous.
