Unfortunately our experience with this solicitors was not of a high standard. Communication from our designated solicitor was lacking, leaving us confused as first time buyers. There was large delays in the process due to this lack of communication not only between our solicitor and ourselves but also between our solicitor and other parties such as our mortgage providor and the seller's solicitors.

A very quick and straightforward resolution of my claim. Josh was into the job from day 0ne straightaway and i can not believe that he could have it all wrapped up in record 5 months. Really really pleased.

Having a claim against my local council refused and having no experience of litigation I was put in touch with Graysons Solictors on a no win, no fee agreement Mr R Burton was assigned my case. I like many others do not fully understand the legal procedures, so I needed help. On engaging Grayson's everything was adequately explained to me along the way and the pro's and con's of each decision to be made were explained to me. The process was longer than I expected (2 1/2 years) but with a Pandemic and a Barristers strike i feel this was reasonable as was the fee (i was expecting more) On the whole a positive experience
