Alicia did a great job of capturing our needs from the initial conversation and translated that to our wills accurately. Lots of helpful advice and suggestions were provided to us from Alicia and I would definitely use the company again

If I could give 0 stars I would. We opted to use graysons as they where recommended by our estate agent, we was originally using Katie, and it blows my mind how she is employed by the company. She lied to my partner on the phone regarding releasing funds, told us it had been done and low and behold the next week it hadn't, we complained and was allocated Robyn.. Who getting any form of response from is like getting blood from a stone. She would forward phone call after phone call and never reply to emails so we had no clue what was going on, half the time we had to go back to our estate agent who would chase it up for us and let us know. The amount of money you pay these people and they just fob you off at any given opportunity. I would not recommend using these when buying and selling your house at all, they made an already stressful situation alot worse then it should be by very poor service and communication. AVOID!!!

I had a trainee solicitor by the name of Megan Wroe for my recent divorce. it was completed despite the pandemic and other issues concerning my wife and I. I have no problem at all with Megan as she did the job including giving me advice. I also had my new will drawn up by another helpful lady called Katie Birch, and it went smoothly and I have no complaints at all . I am at the moment purchasing my ex wife's half of our home. Another lady, Katie Harrison, has helped me out with guidance, and it is due to become my house shortly. If it does, then I will have no complaints. Those ladies seem competent, all very pleasant, and they do their jobs.

Just before Christmas of last year I was in Morrisons doing my shopping when an employee ran into the back of me with a large steel cage. I had bruising to my lower arm and elbow and tissue damage to my shoulder. I searched for a company to advise me about my accident. I came across Graysons Solicitors and was put in touch with Joshua Davies. He helped and advised me about my claim. He was very professional and kept me informed through each stage of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Graysons to family and friends and would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Davies for all his help and hard work.

I reached out to Grayson’s Solicitors after a non-fault fall in the store of well known supermarket chain where they did not deem my injury (multiple fracture of the shoulder joint) to be noteworthy for compensation or even an apology. Having been turned down by two other well known and advertised solicitor chains due to it not being either 'their area’ or having acceptable odds for success, I was both happy and humbled that Grayson’s solicitors stepped up to the plate to assist me. Having no past experience with lawyers I was amazed at the dedication and support I received from them, with regular contact, updates and information provided in simple down to earth language. My case was resolved in my favour in under 12 months and to a sum I certainly never expected. For anyone out there who is seeking legal advice or help I would highly recommend the team at Grayson’s solicitors. Many thanks again, especially to Tracey Dickinson who was my main contact throughout the whole process.

We agreed with the quote and instructed Graysons for our conveyancing process. We paid £300 for searches. Soon after we paid for the searches, the sellers decided to take the property off market. We immediately contacted Graysons to not start the process and they ensured the money would be transferred to another property as no work had been done. A week later, we had an offer accepted for another property. That is when the mistakes started. First, they increased the solicitor fees without any approval or consultation with us. Then they requested all the documents and the payment of £300 fee again, which we had already sent to them a month earlier. When we pointed out we had already paid the fee, Katie Bacon (our appointed solicitor) stated the funds had not been cleared, which seemed strange after a after a month. The worst mistake was that they sent us a contract with the wrong property address, signed by our designated solicitor. She seems not to have checked the information on the contract. They were prepared to carry out a conveyance for the purchase of a property that was not on sale, even after they received a memorandum of sale from the state agency with details of sale, including the property address. Added to a plethora of administrative mistakes, Katie Bacon flatly refused a request for a face to face meeting stating she was extremely busy to meet us. We needed her to provide us with essential information in relation to the hold of property, Declaration of Trust and Will of Trust, which a conveyance solicitor should do. Katie was evasive and condescending in her replies to our emails and never answered a phone call. As a result we cancelled the instruction and requested the refund of £300 fee paid in advance. For the reasons above, I would not recommend Graysons.
