The experience was fine. Our only complaint was the misspelling of my husband's name on documents more than once!!

Getting our signatures on a form and later saying "There will be an additional charge for ..." was clumsy. The solicitor who took the case over was polite, patient, gracious. I will stick with Graysons. Asking for this feedback the day I paid, rather than when we get an outcome (albeit in 2024) lacks customer focus.

This related me buying my ex-partner's share of the house where I live. It was repeat business after Lacey previously dealt with the sale of my parents home. She was very efficient and talks straightforward sense if you speak with her on the phone. The receptionist was also helpful and friendly when I had cause to visit the office to return signed papers on a couple of occasions.

We placed our house sale and purchase in the hands of Graysons. They completed the process and in the main did a professional job. There were occasions when communication might have been better but in the main our experience was positive.
