United Kingdom | 12 August 2013The company is quick and efficient, dont be fooled to think it is not genuine. I was sorted within a couple of hours. It takes 10 mins for the transfer but only after approval. The approval process can take a bit long but they are only checking if you are genuine and verifying information.

United Kingdom | 06 August 2013I don't use Payday loans alot but these guys are fast and willing to help and its a very straight forward process.

United Kingdom | 03 August 2013after needing some extra cash before my next payday, I requested with a loan for £200.00 which was sent to my bank account very quickly. when I wanted to repay the loan early they were very helpful and payment was taken straight away without any problems with a deduction in cost for paying off early. So I would highly recommend quickquid they tell you exactly how much it will cost and on what dates so you know there will be no hidden charges, great service :)

United Kingdom | 03 August 2013after llness i found myself playing catch up on my bills having been on half pay for 6 months, Quick quid helped me by allowing me to borrow just what i needed each month to see me through to my next pay date. friendly assistants who give you all the information you need to make an informed choice of what you can afford to pay back I always pay back the full amount as it reduces the interest but I have the reassurance of knowing if things are thigh i can pay less

United Kingdom | 30 July 2013Can't believe how cheap the rates are & the people are so helpful when I needed guidance, I believe he was called Tyrone, he was so helpful & I will most likely come back to quick quid again for when money is tight & I need a little more than what I earn!

United Kingdom | 29 July 2013As a student I have had to use this company several times as a last resort due to financial strains. Quick Quid have always been very helpful and I found that taking out and paying back my loans was very quick and easy, and the money was received very quickly with no awkward questions as to why it was needed Unfortunately I have entered a time of extreme financial hardship and found paying back my last loan difficult and extending it was just costing me lots of money (albeit not an unreasonable amount and the fact I had borrowed that amount) I found using the livechat to ask what my options were very useful and the representative was particularly helpful and set up an easy repayment plan that I could afford with no effort in around 5 mins. Although these companies should only be in exceptional circumstances I have found these to be the best, as long as you remember it is not a long term financial solution

United Kingdom | 25 July 2013These payday loan companies are very careful to advertise the high fees they charge and make this easy to understand. Anyone that takes out a loan and then complains about the interest afterwards is foolish. Their customer service including web chat seems very good to me. I borrow from them as I am self employed and this sort of loan helps me smooth out the peaks in troughs in income flow. I would hate for them to be legislated out of existence.

United Kingdom | 25 July 2013I am very happy with the loan, I repaid early with no problem. My issue is that when repaying my loan over their live chat, the customer assistant was actively trying to sell me more loans/debt. Here is a direct copy of the transcription that got my nerve: Alexandra: Thank you for your patience. I have processed your payment and your loan is now paid in full. I would be happy to walk you through an online application for a new loan right now. William Sellers: no thats fine thanks, i'm trying to get rid of my debt at the moment Alexandra: Definitely understandable. Alexandra: Please keep in mind, when you are ready to reapply, you can take advantage of Flex Credit. This plainly shows they are preying on the already money-sparse individuals by creating an easy way to get into more debt. I understand this is currently an unregulated service, but this kind of despicable sales technique should be boycotted.

United States | 18 July 2013I wanted to pay off my loan early. Their system would not accept my card as it claimed the address did not match. I contacted Barclays, they confirmed the address on my card. There were no problems at the banking end of things. Very strange. Anyway, Quickquid agreed to only charge the early repayment total via direct debit instead. Which was good. IT TOOK ME 2 DAYS TO GET THAT FAR. Bad show. Their debit card system is clearly flawed.

United Kingdom | 16 July 2013Had to rearrange payment due to funds being low in the account. Quickquid were absolutely brilliant. The Livechat service is a godsend; fast, accurate and extremely efficient. Never had a bad experience using them. If you have, then you probably didn't ask the questions clearly enough. Extremely helpful company who help at a difficult time.

United Kingdom | 16 July 2013THIS COMPANY IS AN UTTER JOKE, ITS STAFF ARE STUPID AND DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR ASKING AND REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. YOU GET MANAGERS THAT KEEP TRYING TO PUSH YOU ASIDE THEN END THE CHAT FORCING YOU TO ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER, THEN THAT MEMBER CLAIMS THE MANAGER IS NOT IN TODAY!! UTTERLY POOR SERVICE, THIS COMPANY WILL NOT HEAR THE LAST OF THIS!!!

United Kingdom | 13 July 2013I got made redundant after applying for a loan. Luckily I managed to pay extension fees. Then I though it was ridiculous to pay them so asked for a payment plan. I had managed to get a new job but my pay date wasn't until 25th. So I asked for the payment plan. They said it would go on 20th of each month. I asked for 25th and was told I couldn't change it without evidence of my payslip!! So after sending it twice and 3 chats I went to pay for some food shopping on 9th and my card was declined. I checked my bank account and money had been taken but processing. I spoke to quick quid and they said that they attempting to take money but was unsuccessful!! So I racked my brain thinking who would take that amount out of my account. So a few days later I see on my account that quickquid had taken £75 and £37.50. I have spoken to them today and they will refund it but will take 3-5 working days! How am I going to put petrol in my car for work next week? And then once it's refunded I have to contact them AGAIN to set up payment to repay the refund!!? RIDICULOUS!! Don't get me wrong the staff are lovely it's the process that's seriously flawed.

United Kingdom | 11 July 2013After using them a couple of times in the past I needed to call upon them again for a small bill. No issues, loan accepted, money in.. 5 star service. First payment due tomorrow, yet received an email this morning about my loan having defaulted and needing to contact them by the 2nd August in order to stop it being sold on to a third party. Now I am not silly enough to trust this "email" that in honesty looks fairly legit with some obvious differences, so instead I try to contact customer services using EVERY number listed anywhere on their site, some are no longer in use and others are constantly engaged. The live chat was disabled, and although now back online I am having to hang around for approx 57 minutes!! I have even tried their facebook page to no avail. There I find I am not the only person having an issue with this, it appears as though Quick Quid have been potentially hacked, and considering that they hold detailed information relating to bank accounts, debit cards and other personal information including work information, you'd have thought they would try to "help" their customers with regards to what information has been compromised so the customer is able to take counter measures to prevent fraud. But no, their customer services are basically out of action and there is no contact from quick quid themselves to let us know what is going on, in my eyes that makes for some very bad service and should I find any of my information has indeed been compromised I wonder if they will hold their hands up and help or do just the same as they are now.... burying their heads in the sand hoping it will blow over?!!

United Kingdom | 11 July 2013They kindly sent me £200 - This would be ok if I had applied for it! they then completely messed up my bank account trying removing the funds and the account. The result was, I should now be on holiday, and I am not. Money for my flight, gone. Total cost of holiday £900.. all lost. Took me a week to get this far and I spoke to some really rude people along the way. One person offered me no fees on my next loan "I didn't even take this one!" so why would I want a discount of another one! Finally, after a week, they gave me a £200 compensation amount. Not much for the £900 I lost. But lost the will to live by this point. They were also going to email me confirmation of this....Not received. also still shows I owe them £7.00! so still not sorted. I also had to pay the 0.60p by card to try and get the account to balance! nightmare nightmare nightmare

United Kingdom | 11 July 2013Technically I'm a customer as a) they refuse to remove my personal details from their records and b) I received an email this morning insisting on repayment for a loan (that I never took out) by August 2nd. Utterly laughable. My details had been registered some time ago however I never used the service and never took out a loan. For emails to go out indicating that payment is due is either a complete botch up or a very poor phishing exercise. Already at least half a dozen people have complained regarding the same thing on their Facebook page - which I might add is not a good place to get an impartial review as they simply remove anything that is true and shows them in bad light. The fact that they do not reply to any of their customer feedback tells you everything too. Good for nothing vultures. Stay as far away as you possible can from this lot.

United Kingdom | 11 July 2013They've been so good and really helpful. Just "spoke" to Martzeeyah on Live chat and had no complaints - perfect, understanding and made everything clear and easy for me. Would definitely recommend.

United Kingdom | 27 June 2013I have used QuickQuid on several occasions and so i was appalled with the service i just received, I use the chat function as i wished to repay my loan before it was due and wanted to hear if that would save me the loan fee. I was told that it would decrease it by £2.83!!!!!!! When i asked if that was the best they could do, i was informed that since i am a platinum customer i quality for a 15% discount. (I am wondering why that was not applied in the first place....). I was happy with that, and the customer service advisory told me to wait while the payment was processed. He then chats back and says that the payment has already been processed and so the discount is not available!! i then requested that they instead refunded me the 15%. This was not an option! I then said that i could refuse the payment in my bank and then repay with the discount to which i was told i would be charged £12 in late fees!!!!!!! That is a brilliant way to avoid providing your customers with the promised discount!!! I will defiantly not be using quickquid again!! Even if they did offer me a bigger discount on my next loan... it is easy to offer discount if you aren't actually going to provide it.

United Kingdom | 05 October 2012If you're good at keeping track of your finances then this is a perfect service to use when you need money for a short period. They tell you everything you need to know before hand, so if you somehow fall in to an endless cycle of debt problems with them then that can only come down to your own fault. I've never had any problems with the company, been using them for around 2 or 3 years just taking out small loans and paying it back each month. Whenever I've needed help they've been extremely easy to get in touch with, very professional and resolve any queries within minutes. Either by phone or the online chat (I personally use the online chat now but have been on the phone with them in the past also) What I like most about them is the speed at which money is deposited to your bank now. When I started using them I think it took something like an hour or 2 for the money to be in my bank, but now it literally takes no more than 15 mins. For example, I've been out after work with no money but plenty of opportunity to go out. I brought up quickquid on my phone browser and 15mins later I went to the cash machine and it was there ready for me. I remember seeing the film "Yes Man" and the part with the Micro-loans made me think 'that's a great idea, wish my bank would do this'. Well that's what QQ now provides me and the service has been exactly what I expected and better (since you don't even need to go to a representative to apply for it)
