United Kingdom | 03 September 2014They will tell you that you have been accepted for a loan, take your bank details and debit card details, then you will be told that your application is being processed, while this is going on your debit card details will be passed to another company, in my case, myloan- now based in Ipswich,o what a coincidence,so are quik quid, and on your next pay day they will help themselves to your money, my case £67.88. I had no contact whatsoever with this company before realising they had stole my money. I have emailed them several times with absolute zero response. I blame quik quid as well as this myloan lot,all the same bunch of thieves.

United Kingdom | 18 August 2014Went with this site was contacted by a guy who took a few details & confirmed they could offer me so much & I'd get it in the 10minutes anyway after over 2hoyrs the money still hasn't gone in my bank so I phoned and on speaking to a lady was told I wouldn't receive the money till the next day I told her that was no use to me & to cancel the loan etc.. Then a week later I have removed out my bank £68 by a totally different loan company apparently when you click you agree QQ can share your details apparently this gives 3rd parties right to access your bank & charge u a membership fee & its legal though as long as you get to them to demand a refund within 14days they have to return it, unfortunately when you phone this new company you don't even know called MYLOANSuk they give you a total run around they will lie & claim any reason not to send the refund or even offer oy half I had to tell them I was phoning training standard s which I did in the end & was in and out of my bank several times basically if they don't refund u & you have asked within the 14days you will have open a civil case when I phoned back for the 4th time they claimed they have sent refund though its not in my account yet so we'll see.. Please be AWARE of this people total scam I never had a loan & then was basically robbed off another company who's had my details shared on.. DONT do it

United Kingdom | 29 May 2014While I don't recommend payday loan companies to anyone as it can easily be a slippery slope, I have to say that Quick Quid have always been extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. Their flexi-credit account was the ideal solution to the money problems I had at the time, the payment plan was reasonable enough, the money came in admirably quickly, and most importantly when I lost my job and my home due to freak circumstances and had to spend my savings on a deposit for a new house they were polite, friendly and helpful, explained everything very clearly and arranged to have my account put in hardship status so that I made small token payments until I was able to get back on my feet. Given the reputation of these companies and indeed the experiences I've had with competitors, Quick Quid surprised me in a very pleasant way by making what I thought was going to be a very difficult time into an easy transition. Their phone staff deserve a special mention as well; professional, well trained, very nice people.

United Kingdom | 17 May 2014i must say when the FAQ and all over the site was saying "my application would be processed within 30mins and funds transferred 10 mins later i was pleased with how quick i could have the funds, However, 30 mins came and went , 60 mins later i contacted the online chat team to have the faq copy and pasted into the chat to me. and the only other advise i got was "wait," Still waiting for the funds .... 2 hrs gone by now.....

United Kingdom | 22 February 2014I have used QuickQuid many times, they have always been incredibly useful to me in times in financial need. I was under no illusions, I know how expensive these loans can be to pay back therefore it is crucial that anybody that uses them understands what they are doing! I had been issued an email that I had missed my final loan repayment and that my account was now being charged an extra daily fee until it was paid. I was confused (and angry) because I had more than enough money in my account to pay the original amount, and it should have been taken from my account (as all previous payments had been). I spoke immediately to a representative (Tanisha) who informed that I had not changed my bank details and that they were therefore unable to process the payment. This was obviously my fault and not theirs. She gladly removed the late fee for me, changed my bank details, the payment went through immediately and my account is now fully paid. So many companies would not remove a late fee due to a customer error so I am incredibly grateful.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2014Everything except the interest is great about QQ. Ive faced financial difficulties and always found QQ to be useful. There are no hidden charges, where you suddenly see 70 quid disappear from your account. I would recommend it to anyone facing urgent crises. Make sure you pay back though.

United Kingdom | 26 January 2014Everything is good, friendly customer service, easy to choose between two types of a loan. Just sometimes people wanna pay off load quicker. Web site could have a 'early repayment' where we could choose to pay in full or just make an additional payment :) Recomended services by me.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2014I was in a fixed payment plan. and QuickQuid attempted to take payments without giving allowances for salary to be paid. Now that the payment was declined, i was harassed that my payment is 90 days overdue which is not right at all. I was further harassed that my name has been submitted to third party collection company. WHAT? its still same day i am due!!!!!! Better payments are requested at 5AM at which time you can be assured that all salary payments would have reflected in the account. This is really really bad.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2014since shortly after xmas i am trying to get my bank details changed as the bank detail in the system are no longer valid. this has been an ordeal for me and still the details haven't been updated. i received spam mails telling me it has been updated when in fact the details have not been changed at all. i have been penalized by staff telling me that the fault is not with them but with my bank, even though the same problem happened with a different account. still i contacted my banks and they confirmed that my accounts are fine & that there had be no communication between my account and QuickQuid. I spent about 50 Pounds so far by calling because i do not have a landline and needed to call via my mobile & i didn't know that chat was an option. January 1st I have been promised that this has been forwarded to management, that it will be dealt with and that i will receive a call back within 48hours. I received no call back so far and it has been 16 days now!!! so i now contacted via chat & the changes still can not be done and again i have been told it will be dealt with within 48hrs & i am not conviced that this will change anything. I wanted to take up a loan and it has been made impossible to do so

United States | 10 January 2014Someone used my email to open an account without my permission. I asked them to remove it or simply change it to something else and they refused citing UK financial laws. I don't want my email associated with this stupid account but they won't do anything about it.

United Kingdom | 10 January 2014Disappointing Quick Quid. I have spent a very longtime waiting for someone to get back to me so I can pay my loan off early. I have used you many times for loans of up to £250 and when I initially joined you were more than happy to call me several times! I had to be on the online chat for ages waiting for a response from "Deanna" She said she would have a manager call me because she couldn't answer a simple yes or no question! If you want a copy of the chat I am more than welcome to provide it.! Very unsatisfactory service!!!

United Kingdom | 03 January 2014I have been unable to access my flexcredit account for 2 months now even after telling them multiple times. They have taken money from my account which didn't Get subtracted from my debt and still isn't a month and a quite a few phone calls later. They keep trying to harras me for the money I supposedly owe when it's their failure that has put me in arrears and caused latefees and interest. I tried cancelling the CPA with them but they still continue to take money saying I never cancelled it even though they read the email they sent to me saying it's cancelled. By this point I shouldn't even owe anything and would have always made payments on time if it wasn't for their failure so they are taking money which shouldn't even be theirs. Avoid at all costs I would rather stave then ever use this company again

United Kingdom | 30 December 2013I needed to solve an urgent problem so decided to use the Live Chat instead of the telephone. Amazing, connected in seconds and problem resolved in minutes. Only the usual security questions and a quick idea of the problem and solved without any delay. Whole process almost as quick as dialling the number and getting a response. Would always use this as my first port of call.

United Kingdom | 29 December 2013Very helpful staff ... always available to assist whatever the problem. Highly recommend this company for a quick, trouble free short term loan.
