United Kingdom | 17 October 2019Not worth of even a one star ...... My settlement was due on 4 Oct 19 so I called on 4 th and was told they are one week behind even though they didn’t ask any details from me so how on Earth do they know where my claim is ! Called again on 4th October told they are running two weeks behind yet 30 mins earlier they were only a week behind ..... Called 17 October to check on claim which is now due on 18 October told they can’t help me on this number and need to call customer support .... Now I use that term very loosely as these are the worst support team I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TOO ! They are absolutely useless and cannot tell you anything which is very odd that they are supposed to be there to help you ! Called back on the original number this time to speak to a parrot who’s only vocabulary consisted of “ call the 0800 number “ this was his response to EVERY question I asked ! In the end I hung up on him as by the 12th call the 0800 number quote I was at my wits end ! What on Earth is going on this has got to be against the law to agree a settlement ask for your bank details and then deliberately delay payment. They are regulated by the FCA and surely this is against their practices. I cannot believe that not one person can give me an update on my settlement. I have now referred this back to the adjudicator at FOS who worked on my claim to investigate .

United Kingdom | 15 October 2019Still waiting for my settlement I agreed with them for just over £2000. The 28 days are up tomorrow now after reading the comments I doubt they are going to pay up, Its been over 18 months since I first contacted them

United Kingdom | 15 October 2019patiently waiting for my £2000 redress, I was just giving them the benefit of the doubt as it is now 3 days late but coming on here and reading everyone’s reviews I am not confident I will receive any time soon :( I have emailed my adjudicator but by the sounds of it they don’t have much luck either. Speedy at paying you money out when it benefits then :( Awful company.

United Kingdom | 15 October 2019Customer Reference: 20924831 I had an offer of a refund on the 9th October 2019 for the amount of £946.93 which I immediately accepted and provided the bank details as requested. I was then advised this will take up to 28 days to receive payment. After reading many reviews regarding non-payment of the redress owed I called the complaints team to get reassurance this will be paid to me in a timely manner. However I was quite rudely advised that "I will just have to wait the 28days". I have now been left quite nervous that I will not receive my refund and have no confidence this will be upheld. Really hoe that is not the case as this complaint has been ongoing for a very long time.

United Kingdom | 15 October 2019Would be 1/2 star I use to a customer 164227 and made a claim against them took the to the FOS, the adjudicator decided in my favour but they have not replied to the FOS missing 2 deadline if you missed a payment they be on you, do not use

United Kingdom | 13 October 2019Prey on the desperate and vulnerable. Find another way they are not the solution.

United Kingdom | 11 October 2019Customer No: 1005518 I submitted my complaint to this company in September 2018 (more than a year ago). They are delaying responding to Financial Ombudsman Service (using the excuse that my loans were taken out move than six years ago!). They are very quick to lend you money but when it comes to owing you a refund they are very slow. Please arrange to settle my claim to give me piece of mind as my complaint has gone on too long now. I note the voluminous amount of reviews which are of the same nature as mine. Appalling that they can get away with causing so much distress to people.

United Kingdom | 11 October 2019Rubbish company avoid!!! Still not refunded me what was agreed from the FOS over 4 months ago. Palm you off with every excuse possible so they can keep delaying your refund

United Kingdom | 10 October 2019Apparently, even if you are a good paying customer, this is not enough. How it works? So, if you take a loan for 400£ for example, for 3 months, you need to pay a total amount of 688£ (the loan+interest). That's all ok. I took a 400£ loan and after a few week (i think week four) i called them saying that i want to pay my whole credit. They agreed. Obviously i payed less than the total amount, because i payed with 2 months eariler...so everything was ok. Then, after a few months, when i tried to make another loan, when i logged into their site, bam...i didn't even needed to apply or something...it just appeared in the middle of the screen: your loan is rejected. I was suprised, because i didn't understood why? I didn't delayed any loan, all my loans i made i payed in advance, i didn't had issues with my bank or anyone else...and so on. Then i realised the reason: QuickQuid needs poor customers that doesn't have any choice to borrow from somewhere else to pay their loans in FULL. Yes, in full. What means that? It means that if you take several loans from them and you close them before the contract ends (advance payment of the loan), they see you as a bad customer and reject your future loans. They dislike customers that take the loan and end it at half the loan period. They loose money. Although they didn't lost money (i still payed all my loans +interest), the interest i payed was reduced due to advance payment. This tactic is used in my country also and i know 100%, because i worked in a company similar with QuickQuid. So the ideea is that if you want to take more loans from QuickQuid, you need to pay them in full...otherwise your future loans will be automatically rejected.

United Kingdom | 08 October 2019There should be quarter stars 1 star is far too much for a company like this, yes I suppose that when you need a loan and your bank does not help you there are not many options. Unfortunately there are companies like Quickquid who thrive on the misery of people who need a short term loan not a long term stressful situation. How can you pay £625 as a final 3rd payment for a £500 loan?. And when you applied all bank details were provided but I was charged for the 3 months due to missed payments, also there was and are sufficient funds in my account. I question why companies like these are allowed to operate. They are nothing more than Loan Sharks....Avoid this company at all costs. And even if you are still desperate for another loan try to apply.....the charlatans even have the cheek to tell you that the application has been declined.....absolute disgrace

United Kingdom | 07 October 2019Was a customer (329557) and was promised a refund in response to a FOS adjudication in "28" days which would have been Oct 8th 2019. This was confirmed by them in response to a FOS data request. They now say they never agreed to this to the FOS and might settle by the 16th. Have escalated their stalling to the Ombudsman and Financial Conduct Authority. A sham of a company. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Paul
United Kingdom | 06 October 2019Been waiting 2 years 2 months for refund. Promised within 28 days after accepting settlemeny, this has now passed, no emails, no response from customer service, no sign of money. Amout owed is neary £6000. I. am. furious.

United Kingdom | 04 October 2019Appalling customer service and total disregard for customers. I am a customer waiting for a redress payment settled via the Financial Ombudsman. I believe they are actively avoiding paying some customers their refunds. It doesn't matter what you do, call, email, etc this company will ignore you at every opportunity. They are set up to have call handlers that claim to have no knowledge of your refund progress and there is no way to escalate. There is a complete disregard for the people that they put in a difficult financial situation in the first place due to their irresponsible lending, as by continuing to delay their refunds unnecessarily, just to line their own pockets, they are continuing to contribute to those peoples precarious financial situations. If you are reading this review site to decide whether to take out a loan with this company - JUST DONT DO IT. I have never been treated so badly in my life from a company that now owes me money. If I could give zero stars I would.

United Kingdom | 01 October 2019Does anybody know if it’s 28 days or 28 working days for payout?

Toby
United Kingdom | 01 October 2019Anyone been paid yet? Some reviews recently of people on 20/21 days. On day 22 now and concerned they aren't going to pay out, can't think of any other reason why they would drag it out so long?!? Still getting the usual BS from the American customer 'service'

United Kingdom | 30 September 2019Absolutely shocking customer service. Financial ombudsman gave them 8 weeks to sort my settlement and it is now week 12. They have ignored all contact from myself and the ombudsman. I wish I didnt have to give them 1 star as it is to generous. Garbage company.

Chris
United Kingdom | 27 September 2019Bad communication, can give you a loan in under 30 seconds but cant refund you within 2 months, still waiting..can I also point out that all these reviews should go under enova.com aswell!

United Kingdom | 27 September 2019Email after email and no response! You are delaying at every turn. Please refund me what I am owed. I am literally sick to the back teeth of this company and cannot wait to be rid of them forever once this is all over. Quick Quid- you are a disgrace. Anyone thinking of borrowing from them, please don't!!

United Kingdom | 26 September 2019Day 19, STILL NO REFUND...... Told it takes 28 days, not convinced by that after seeing other comments. Will just call and email until I have the money.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2019Would give 0 stars if I could Like many people this terrible company have yet to respond to my adjudicator following an affordability complaint. If I was due them money they would be quick to get in touch! Disgusting!
