United States | 26 November 2023Frustrating that the website gave an estimated delivery time of up to 10 days but when chasing the order I was told it was not in stock and wouldn’t be with me for another few weeks. I would have purchased elsewhere had I known. However, customer service was friendly quick to respond and the item was lovely when it arrived.

They were both absolutely lovely - genuine, proactive and truly helpful with anything I needed, so I couldn’t have asked for more. Plus I’m over the moon with the chair I’ve ordered which is gorgeous quality and like nothing else I’ve seen… a wonderful experience all round!

We've just received our new bed, and it's perfect (although not Ottoman anymore). I'm therefore updating my review from 1 star to 4. [Initial review: We received a broken bed. Six The Residence acknowledged the problem. However, two months and a half later, they still haven't replaced it.]

After ordering 4 different items, we were told we had to wait an indefinite amount of time as some of the items were not yet produced. 3 months later we are told our items are dispatched for delivery with extremely little notice. Upon delivery we notice only half the order has been delivered and some of the items delivered were wrong. After chasing on our end, no reach out from six the residence themselves, we are told we need to wait another month and a half for the missing pieces and another 2 months to fix the item that has been wrongly delivered. Close to 6 months to get a desk figured out with extreme lack of communication is extremely disappointing. and to be honest there are other companies offering much better services.

United Kingdom | 15 August 2023The WORST piece of furniture I have ever brought which shocked me as what I ordered (three leg stool) hasn’t what so ever reflected from the price. Faulty cheap pieces of wood glued together to make it look high end is what I think, I had it for less than one month and it collapsed whilst sitting at the table. I’m not the heaviest of people it’s just cheap. I’m out of pocket and left with bits of wood. Disgrace. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

United Kingdom | 03 August 2023UPDATE: Charlie has been helpful in finding a solution for me. Waiting for the damaged item to be redelivered and a replacement sent later in the year. For that reason i've changed my rating Waited a month for my order to be delivered (that claimed to be in stock on site). 30 minutes before due to arrive I received a message from the courier to say it is damaged and will be going back. No word from the brand. Presume I will wait another few weeks for another chair to be ready to dispatch? I understand damaged in delivery is not necessarily the fault of the brand but paying £40 for delivery, waiting a month and then it being damaged does not feel worthy of, by far and above, the most expensive delivery charge I have ever paid. Not sure where to go from here.
