I love Cambridge masks, I use them both for pollution as well as keeping my face warm on colder days. This is not my first nor my last. High quality and very durable.

The ear loops are too thick and you can even see in some of your photos how the model’s ears are bent forward due to that. Also, they are terrible with glasses because the edging is too thick and glasses no longer sit correctly. Again, none of the photos show someone with normal glasses. To top it all off, once a mask is tried on, you can’t get a refund even if it is due to the poor design. Never again.

EDITED: Cambridge have been in touch and supplied a replacement. I am satisfied with the outcome now. ----------------------------------------------------------- I was tempted by their recent Halloween promotion. I found the website sizing guide unclear so called and left a voicemail asking for advice. After several days and with the end of promotion approaching I decided to place an order for XL based on my weight. A couple of days later a member of staff called me in response to my message from a week earlier. I explained my issue and that I had already placed an order, she said they recommended L for me and asked if i wanted to swap it. They're the experts so agreed. My mask arrived about 11 days from my order and they had charged me the undiscounted amount for the exchanged product. Probably on oversight and quickly refunded when I emailed them. But the ear straps pull my ears forward, this can't be right. So all in all, a bit frustrating and I don't know if this mask will stay on for my next long haul flight, I have low immunity so the mask is really important to me :(

I'd ordered a couple of masks, but they were too small. I contacted the company who provided me with replacements just for the cost of postage, without wanting the original masks to be returned. The whole process was very slick, and the masks are great.

Didn’t get a clear answer and no follow up.

Several masks have ear loops that are too big. They should all be the same size of medium, but some loops are bigger and you can see that. Those ones do not fit my face. One mask, the exhaust valve fell out when it was first opened. How do I get these replaced or refunded. You need better QUALITY CONTROL of these mask for these irregularities. Otherwise they are fantastic when they fit correctly.

The masks and customer service are great. I love how every mask comes in a cute individual box with a nose foam and neck strap. My one complaint is that the mask ear loops are very thick and cause irritation when worn with earrings or glasses

Works really well for my allergic fume reactions, has been a lifesaver. However, does not FIT well. The small is too small and the medium is too big. There needs to be an adult size for smaller faces. And no returns, so I'm stuck with multiple of something that fits poorly.

I have ordered several times and never had an issue with service. The materials, fit and ease of use make this a quality mask.
