Helpful customer service. They reshipped my package when USPS shipped it back and responded quickly. However for the actual masks, the Lottie (pink mask) runs smaller than the gray one I bought even though they are both size small. Thankfully they send extra straps with each mask that go around your head.

Great quality and fit, easy to breathe, quick service. They are new to me but looking forward to seeing if they last as long as claimed.

Needed a mask as several wood burning stoves/ bonfires in my farming rural area which belch out smoke. I did plenty of research before deciding on Cambridge masks; very happy to read the high filtration for smoke etc. and the excellent reviews. Would have given 5 stars as so much is positive - smooth ordering process, high protection etc. - but alas the ear straps are too bulky for small ears such as mine and slip off easily. Not the most comfortable to wear as ears get painful and despite the strip, my glasses still steam up (I measured face carefully before ordering). Please consider narrower ear straps. Otherwise thank you, a great product which makes me reassured I'm protecting my lungs. 3 weeks after - am getting used to the fit, feeling more comfortable & wearing it for longer. Great protection :-)

It's the best Washable Reusable

I am glad finally my order mask arrived yesterday (Mar.13) It took almost one month, no information. Italian post office home page system is difficult to understand to follow my shipment. Next time I am going to prefer to have DHL who give us more detail of process. I am using your masks last 3 years, and I love this.

Excellent product- very comfortable and, with the nose attachment, glasses do not steam up! We both feel very well protected using these masks, which includes long-haul flights. I find the back of head additional support very helpful, as I have significant scarring behind my ear due to previous surgery, and find masks which totally depend on ear loops, very difficult to wear.

I buy these for everyone I know. They’re worth every penny. I’ve worn these consistently since 2020, flown 4-5 times (including long haul) and haven’t had covid yet (knock in wood), but also no colds or flu or RSV.

Received a PRO mask as an xmas present, fit was ok, bit small, but could put up with it. But after only ten minutes my ears were sore from being pulled forward, and the mask kept slipping down my nose, went back to the size guide and this told me that the size should fit me, very annoying as the protection gave piece of mind.

You advertised if I signed up for news, I would get 20% off my first order, but it didn’t say it was not applicable this time as the masks were discounted already. It was very misleading and extremely dishonest which makes me feel I shall not bother shopping with you again
