Rorie is a very kind and knowledgeble advisor. Patient and very professional. Even I live miles away, we get the job done over the phone and email very smoothly. He is my advisor for life. I really trust him and the company because I really felt that he does everything in my best interests offering the suport I need and always going the extra mile.

We first used IMAFS a little over 5 years ago to obtain a mortgage when buying our first house and the service was excellent. They kept in regular contact and the options available were clearly laid out for us and reasons given for what was offered to us. Our mortgage was recently up for renewal (i.e. coming to the end of a 5 year fixed rate) and IMAFS got in contact with us to offer their services again. They were able to move our mortgage onto a lower rate and it didn't cost us a penny as they received their commission from the mortgage provider. The process was so straightforward and we barely had to do anything. This took a great deal of stress away from us, especially at a time when we were already very busy with home improvements, so was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend IMAFS to anyone.

Recently completed on our remortgage with Rorie. After giving me a reminder my fixed term was coming to an end, the process was quickly started and completed in a timely manner along with great customer service and a wealth of knowledge to go with it. I've always done my own searches and arranged my own mortgages, paying someone to do it was an alien concept. On this occasion I had a little too much on and Graham was recommended to me. It was a great decision to use Imafs, Graham found a better rate than I had on my searches and handled everything for us, even when the lender had delayed things he fought our corner to get things sorted. Highly recommended and well worth the fee.
