Rorie has Amazing customer service and invaluable experience in achieving the best possible mortgage. He makes a potentially confusing process look very simple. I have used Rorie and this company 3 times and have no reason to look else where to sort my mortgage out. I have on many occasions recommended them to friends and family.

We were looking to remortgage to remove our equity loan and it turned out to be a painful experience. We'd used Graham at Independent before so reached out for some help. Graham had patience in explaining the things we couldn't quite understand. Helped is to make the best informed decision on how to proceed and found us a great deal. Genuinely couldn't have hoped for a better experience and will not hesitate to use Independent again at renewal time!

I cannot recommend Jenny enough, she always goes above & beyond, keeps you in the loop every step of the way and really makes your experience personal. With the market probably being the toughest its been for a while & my partner being self employed the odds were against us but Jenny got us the mortgage that suited us.
