Totally satisfied with all aspects. First approached the company for first mortgage years ago. Then when our mortgage was up for renewal and we were considering contacting Graham - he sent us an email seeing if we needed any assistance! We did and we made some changes which he was able to offer his support towards throughout. Even when the mortgage company were being poor Graham stepped in and chased them for us. He even advised us to keep a buffer rather than put everything we had towards our new house deposit. We got help for our first mortgage from Independent after a couple of other brokers could not find a deal for us. 7 years down the line, we are about to get our second, with their help again no doubt. Through this time, Independent were fantastic with all the follow ups, setting up new rates etc, but most importantly, they were always there when ever we had a query, no matter how small.
