Run Around After posting the review yesterday I receive a call from PCM Travels/ Alberto-Expertosenvuelo, advising me what they wanted to do, to compensate me after I was deceived to book on a airline I did not want and was charged more money after I already paid the full cost for the ticket I saw advertised for American Airlines. I told them I was not interested in their recommendation to have me flagged to receive a discount the next time I booked with them, because I will never use their agency again. I told them the only thing they could to fix the deception was to refund me the additional US$256 I was inveigle to pay. After insisting that's what I wanted I was told to give them 10 hours to discuss with management to see what can be done in regards to a refund. They called me 2:41pm yesterday, so the 10 hours has long passed and I have not gotten a call. They told me I can call at any time to speak to Alberto or another guy that spoke to me as well, can't remember his name, so I call 10:08am today, I spoke to an agent and relayed my situation he took the refence number for my booking twice he could not give me an update, I told him Alberto is aware of the situation, he then said he was going to speak to Alberto, while waiting for a response the call was disconnected, I waited a few minutes the call was not returned. I called back and and a another agent answered, I asked to speak to Alberto she then proceeded to ask what it was about I told her, she asked me to hold for transfer I got a busy signal then the call was disconnected. I have not received a call back. So I'm going to maintain my stance, PCM Travels/Expertosenvuelo can NOT be trusted and persons must be on the alert.

Compre el sábado pasaje punta cana ida iregreso. Que costaba 2 millones .muy formales y todo .pero en medio de la conversación que debía pagar unos tax.impuestos de aeropuerto impuesto por todo y el conclusión mi pasaje más económico que escogí por avianca sin equipaje ni nada me salio con ellos en 4.millones doscientos. Me ciento estafada.

A bunch of lies and scams. Tried overcharging me by $70 for a flight, after advertising it for 1/3 of the price. They said because it "wasn't confirmed" and that the ticket price on the actual airlines website was only for a standby ticket, which wasn't so. They called me from a number my phone automatically identified as spam. Then once on the phone, I was transferred around several times, all to people who had the exact same name (Cynthia), and then told they had to upcharge me because the flight i booked was full. I checked on the website and no, it was not. Then they wanted $70 for me to cancel it, even though they hadn't even confirmed my ticket yet. I just cancelled my card. Not paying for that kinda BS

This company scammed me..They told me I needed to send 125.00 to confirm a flight or else my husband would not be able to get home from Houston. I later contacted united and was told my flight was already confirmed no need to pay any extra fees.. The telephone number didn’t work so I’m asking my bank to assist…DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID

I recently booked a DELTAS flight from USA to a Cameroon, and a PCM agent (by name: Aaron) inflated the price and charged me an additional $265, on top of the base flight cost ($1359) which I paid. He again furthermore charged me an additional $97 on my card, and my bank keeps rejecting the authorization. This is pure fraud and dishonesty. For a flight of $1359, I am charged to pay $1801. He is even threatening to cancel my flight upfront, even after my bank keeps rejecting the remaining $97 fee he is claiming for the flight. PCM customer service needs to look into this urgently. DELTAS airline really needs to ban PCM Travel Agency as a flight agent. PCM service is shithole.
