Loved the cleanliness of hte room

The best part of the experience for me was the presentation. The presenter introduced herself to us after we signed in and told us that she would be presenting to us later. I loved her personality, energy, knowledge, and truthfulness throughout. That meant everything to me. Her explanations of all facets of the travel industry and comparisons to time shares and website pricing for hotels, travel, etc. were eye opening. In essence, her presentation was the reason that we joined.

Pleasant People to Talk To …. I appreciate having a person to talk with when I have questions. I have spoken with Nanette a couple of times now. She is very helpful and happy to assist with my questions.

Carris was so pleasant to deal with. She took the time to look at different properties with different dates and spent the time doing it to see what works for me and I could tell she didn't mind at all. And when I called back to make a change she di so. You need more like her

Our 1st phone call said we would be on a 20-30 minute zoom call. Emails every day before the zoom meeting. Be on time and your 1st time tou will recieve the free travel certificate, a 25.00 pp gift card and a 200.00 restaurant.com gift card. Were ontime to our zoom call, which was over 90 minutes. When we said no to joining another 30 minutes of high pressure why nots!!! Finally let us go and said an email would follow for the gifts. The travel certificate requires you to mail a self addressed, stamped envelope to Florida. Just got that back and now more hoops and fees to book. I have emailed several more times about the 2 gift cards to no avail. No resposes to emails, calls or texts. We held up our end by listening to the pitch but I guess if you don't join they don't bother to fulfill their obligations. No better than the timeshare scams out there, stay away from these not worth your lost time.

At the presentation the guy was very pushy made us fill as if we were obligated to purchase a time share it was very uncomfortable. The hotel was not up to our standards

the person I talked to was courteous thorough and efficient.

Emily was fast to understand my needs. Her system could have been more stable. Prices changes sooooo quickly on us. The good thing is that she kept on searching a better location and price. We even laughed a few times. I would totally steal her from your company to hire her in mine. Calm, soft toned over the phone. Never seemed to panic nor raise her voice. Outside of her service, I am a bit deceived to have to pay even partly for a room when I am willing to go to a presentation. We will talk about that on my visit next week.

We had an amazing time and look forward to our next trip with you guys. Thank you so much 💓
