Totally misleading. Ok deals but do NOT Disclose that you have to go to a presentation thill after you enter your credit card and once you do there is No REFUND. Stay as far away as possible. If the SCAM you into going to a presentation then I seriously doubt what the are sell you is any better. They are very rude. They will till you to leave with 0 refund and then they will charge you the full retail price of the room plus there $100 fee SCAM if you ask me. Run away fast

You didn't disclose the correct price to start with. You charged $206.45 the hotel charged $308.99. It wasn't a great deal. You deceive people and that's how you make your money.

Everything was great my experience talking with representative. Emily answered everything I want it. It was on top of all of my inquiries.

I was contacted in April and purchased a package with insurance for about $950. I had told the agent that I wanted to review it with my wife. He assured me that I would have 30 days to review it. They would cancel with no questions asked. When I got the confirmation after I called because I had not received it, it had a 14 day refund policy. I immediately sent off a cancellation notice according to their instructions. They received it and I waited for a refund. I eventually called and they told me that I had verbally told the agent that I wanted to waive the cancellation option. I do not believe that I did and I have had no evidence presented to me. Why would I ever waive that option? I wrote a bad review on May 14 . I received something today asking me to book my vacation. I reiterated my problem with them and they gave me the same reply today, July 5th. Other than bad reviews I do not know what to do.

This trip experience gave my family beautiful new memories in Orlando Florida. Our stay was comfortable after we asked to be moved from an unacceptable out dated room. The next room was comfortable and the workers did everything to please us throughout our stay. We spent a lot of money lifting throughout the city. We weren't near anything promised like Universal Studios or the presentation destination. However, overall my family had a great time getting away.

The thing that is most important to me as a customer is when a representative is professional and personable. I spoke to Karis on July 3rd, she gave me quite a few different options to choose from in Florida, then I called to book with Emily on July 4th. Both experiences were more than pleasant. I enjoyed the entire package very much. I was not happy with the hotel options I had or with the restaurant La Bampa Brazilian steak house. The offer was great, but it mentioned drinks were included, but it wasn't at the restaurant. The food is not great, to the meat-oriented restaurant, the meat wasn't that good.

Carissa and Annette were patient and persistent in resolving the issue with my certificate. They got to the bottom of it in a timely fashion and were wonderful and knowledgeable about what to do to fix it.
