Sara was helpful in finding a location very close to my desired dates at a low cost. Initially I was under the impression that there would be no additional booking fees with the package that I purchased from VO, but she was able to help me find the lowest possible cost for similar dates at the resort I really desired.

She was heplful and nice and understanding on my questions. Carris did an outstanding job with helping me out. This is the best package I bought. Simply easy and doesnt ask for more money for items I bought and want to use.

The biggest scam ever!!! It is spooky how they put these fake reviews on this website to boost the rating. Makes people to go through presentation that is a complete fake sales pitch! There website has 5 rating that you can’t even comment! FYI there is no cash credit back as it said! Stay away and save 2 hours of your life(it’s not 90 minutes)

Hardly ever have we celebrated our anniversay. So, at the last minute I realized "NO, this is our 40th and should be celebrated. Acquiring a room on short notice at a great price confirmed in my head, yes, we should spoil ourselves and go. However; If VO rep Emily hadn't actually called to let me know paperwork wasn't complete all would have been lost with no place to stay! "Thank you, Emily"

At first i find the Vacation Offer as just ordinary promotions and later I come to know that it is a legitimate website when I recieved the gift card after I made some calls.

We were told we won a vacation, but there is a small fee. It seemed reasonable for 5 days in Orlando at a hotel with a kitchen and a 4 day cruise. Do not believe them! It turns out we have to sit through a time share sale for 2 hours, still something I'm willing to do for what we get, however the hotel we were offered was not what we were promised. The lobby was very nice, but that actual accommodations were fairly dark, dingy, and in mild disrepair. Still, not a bad hotel, but not worth the $200/ night they normally charge if it weren't for their proximity to Universal Studios. Again, it was free, so ok. Except we got there and found that the reservation we'd received numerous confirmations for had been secretly cancelled and remade and the first night was left off. On top of that the hotel has destination fees, parking fees, and additional fees that were not disclosed. We ended up having to book a night at our expense and paid the parking and other fees out of pocket. We have had no help from Vacationoffer.com except for being told that we can pay and hope another team will take care of it.
