PRODUCT ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND IS AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE. DOES WHAT IT IS DESIGNED TO DO AS A BASIC CARPET SWEEPER. However as with many products it is plastic and made in China. Years ago my Ewbanks were British made primarily of metal and much more robust. Given change in world trading lets get back to quality UK manufacture and away from supporting cheap Asian products to enhance Executive remuneration and shareholder dividends.

Bought a airstorm a week ago. On 100 max charge its OK for 5 mins then as soon as it gets to 80% you'd be better off with a dustpan and brush . Very disappointed - avoid.

Lack of information about the product on line especially as not told special polish was needed to use with it and said polish was not available.

Product cost far less than I thought it would. Even on a low cost item postage was free and it arrived within 2 days. The carpet sweeper works well.

I bought this cleaner at the end of November and initially thought it was excellent. However, after using it for a few weeks I am experiencing lots of problems with suction. The cleaner is forever clogged up with fluff and debris which gets more and more compacted even after a short use. The cleaner clogs at the bottom, just above the brush head, and then it clogs in the main stick of the cleaner, necessitating a strong length of dowelling to prod it free. If it is still blocked then I have to check the area where the motorised head joins onto the stick. I can do a 10-minute vacuum but then have to dismantle the whole cleaner to free up the clogged areas. It is as if the motor is not powerful enough to get the debris up into the actual collecting cup at the top of the cleaner. I was going to purchase a 2nd Airstorm for upstairs but realise it is not effective enough, so disappointing.

The new wheels were as described.

It’s ok to a point. We have uneven slate tiles and need to be able to properly scrub them. The machine tries hard but the bristles on the brushes are not long enough to read the recesses of my tiles. Better than anything else tho’ so I would recommend it.
