Paid for next day delivery but didn’t get the item Next day! When I called chasing my order, they said that the order was placed after the next day delivery deadline! I wasn’t aware of any such thing when placing the order. It did come the following day and I’m Happy with the items. Just beware ordering after 2:30pm

I find the floor cleaner so easy to use and not expensive to buy

I do love a Ewbank, the feeling I get as I glide it across the floor and watch the tiny pieces of dirt get flicked into the collector bin is empowering. All thanks to my "Ewy-B"! (btw marketing you can have that one).

I ordered the item for chilli 4x but you delivered chilli 3x the item is smaller than original

The product is great how ever I was told it would arrive 2-3 working days it didn't arrive after 5 days so rang up and asked where it was. I was told it was lost but they sent a new one out and it turned up the next morning

fast delivery, does what it says

The delivery service level was quick and responsive. Arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the bottles leak and do not seal but continually drip when not in use.

The polish does not leave any shine at all.

I bought the mattress hoover. It is excellent & would highly recommend Ewbanks model. My previous model from a competitor - the light broke after 2nd use & lead not long enough. No replacement light could be purchased either! I remember Ewbank from my mum's days- a trusted brand & not disappointed. Powerful, long lead, easy to empty & has lots of versatility. It converts to a handheld hoover. Suction - for one that hoovers my bed weekly, I could not believe the dust that came out. One of the best purchases I've made. Would definitely by Ewbank again & delighted they are still around.

The product was late arriving, but what made matters worse is that they sent me and item i had not ordered in place of another item. When I called them I was told that the item I ordered did not fit my steamer and it should not have been on their page. Otherwise I think there response to the problem was very good.
