Great Carpet Sweeper. Easy yo buy on-line and direct with Ewbank. Easy to manoeuvre around and carry upstairs rather than a vacuum cleaner. We have hardwood floors in all rooms, rugs and stairs carpet, so its very easy to use on the two floor types because of the dual setting.

Extremely prompt delivery and the carpet sweeper is excellent. Don't need to get the electric vacuum cleaner out all the time, this is quick and very efficient.

Very little contact with Ewbank so can't really comment. Delivery company were great. Vacuum cleaner really not great. You get what you pay for, but I'd expect the beater bar to disengage when upright and accessories to last past first use!

The delivery went to the wrong address. The lady at Ewbank was extremely helpful and we identified its whereabouts and all was well The product is absolutely brilliant thank you

Speedy delivery Slight disappointment in the unsubstantial feel of appliance but I am remembering Ewbank sweepers of 50 years ago. Works as easy way to sweep up crumbs etc.

It’s a very light weight machine. The handle works loose due to the vibration of the base it’s not a sturdy handle. When stopping the scrubber you do loose control of it. It’s ok for flat floors but for the textured floor and the grout don’t have a perfect/ clean finish.

Product and delivery service entirely satisfactory. Marked down one point as I didn't get a reply to my email regarding discount coupon which I could not enter because no provision was given at payment.

The item was not suitable for my carpet sweeper. It's extremely large!!! I sent it back via YODEL courier. I'm still waiting to hear about my REFUND.
