Very handy for picking up crumbs

It is a very poor performance steam cleaner, and the steam from my boiling kettle could do a far superior job. The ewbank steam cleaner never even made the slightest dent in removing occasional mould from the grout in my bathroom tiles. A bit bleach and a wee hard brush did the job easy !.. very poor at removing stains from our sofa and when it did remove, it was really patchy and only noticeable 2 days later when dried off ! ... Seriously not worth the £84.00.

Such a handy cleaner, small, lightweight and perfect for small homes. With no cord to trip over its very safe too. Easy to use in all ways. Delivery was fast too.

Brilliant products however their stock of pare parts is poor. I waited almost 12 months for a filter inside the cyclone of my vacuum cleaner.

My mum is pleased with the vacumn although it is hard to push on a carpet. Disappointed with the delivery experience from DX was given day and time slot of delivery so waited in but tracking disappeared and parcel never arrived, next day was again given a time slot and although the parcel did arrive it was quite a bit after the given time. I see Ewbank use DX as there chosen courier but think they should rethink this as I've seen nothing but complaints about DX on review sites

Took me back to my childhood ,mom had one. Totally delighted with my carpet sweeper, picks up dog hairs and fluff better than my Henry Hoover, light and so easy to use. Highly recommend.

Quick service web site poor, description of spare parts deceiving. Ordered assembled dust chamber to fit the airstorm turned out just to be the plastic top of the dust chamber. Assembled to me means parts was expecting the dust pad attached underneath. The washable dust pad is a separate item I now find out. This item was also hard to find as not initially showing & was only traced on search option.

Ease of ordering and very quick delivery

The carpet sweeper was simply packed. It was easy to undo.The instructions were clear. It was good to look at, and worked straightaway. What more can anyone ask?
