J’avais assez peur d’aller faire de la chirurgie en Turquie mais tout a était facile pour moi, le taxis m’a transporté à chaque fois que je devais me déplacer (aéroport,hôtel,clinique…), l’hôtel est chaleureux, les employés sont rassurant et on répondu à toutes mes questions. Mon chirurgien dr.hismi a était très impliqué dans son travail , c’est une personne très rassurante et professionnel, cette expérience a totalement changé ma vie et ma confiance en moi , je recommande 😊

A very good clinic with caring and attentive staff also VIP transfer drivers. I had a breast lift with implants. After the surgery, multiple nursse came by every hours to check if everything was okay, and meals were served about 4–5 times after the operation. I’m already so satisfied with the result of my breasts and would recommend Vanity Clinic to everyone.

Ich hatte dort meine Rhinoplastik, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem service gewesen und dem Ablauf. Alle waren sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Die Ärzte besprechen den Ablauf mit einem sehr gut und beraten einen ehrlich, gleichzeitig gehen sie auf die wünsche der Patienten ein. Auch wird stark auf die Gesundheit der Patienten geachtet, was der Fall bei mir war. Ich habe mich in den Händen des Teams sehr sicher gefühlt.

I had Kadri Ila as my surgeon. Im happy with him. However, the aftercare vanity clinic provides is so bad! I had done my rhinoplasty 3 months ago and not once did they check up on me. Their response will take forever. They dont whats going on. Also from the beginning from giving my date/time to the operation till now. If anything had gone wrong I wouldnt be able to have proper aftercare. Dont choose this clinic. My friend had a similar experience. Also this is not critic to the docter! They told me i would have check ups in 1,3,6,12 months and guess if thay ever happened :)

I came to vanity in 2023 for primary procedure, unfortunately I needed to have a revision rhinoplasty to get the desired result, I was very worried from things I’d read or heard about surgeons not offering to do this procedure again or the clinic being responsive to my request , but I was so pleasantly surprised about how this revision was managed , both the doctor and my patient coordinator Irem were really responsive. My concerns about the nose and how it had healed last time were validated and the suggestion for how to fix was exactly what I’d hoped would be offered. from the day I had my video consultation and the revision was agreed Irem stated in touched with me to arrange. She was so kind and always made me feel important even though she must be responsible for so many people. She was also funny which helped put me at ease and trust she would make this happen for me. In the weeks before the procedure I was so scared they would dissapear but every time I reached out with questions big or small they were answered quickly, building up my confidence in this operation. I was more nervous this time as a revision surgery is more complex, but Dr Alper has made a really positive change to my nose and I can already see changes that I like. I felt listened to by him, and accept sometime a primary procedures results may vary from person to person. He also answered my questions on control day and was very gentle with my sore nose !! In the hospital, on the day of the operation things moved so efficiently , which was good because I was very nervous and it was over so quickly. All the nurses were very kind and I felt safer than in a UK hospital . Thankyou vanity :-)

On 10/25/2023 I had the worst experience of my life which in addition to causing me physical damage, it caused me a lot of psychological damage. I had a rhinoplasty operation with Kadri Illa, an incompetent. From the first moment I realized that the operation had been done badly, wrong but they assured me that within a year everything would be resolved, which is absolutely not true but mostly they are just liars who once they have collected the money do not follow the patient. I have also heard many testimonies of people who have been ruined by this clinic. be careful do not go to this clinic as long as the reviews are not true.

I came to vanity to get a bbl. My surgeon was Dr Mertz and my personal coordinator was Berlin. The whole experience has been amazing and my results are exactly what I wanted I am very happy with vanity.

I do a surgery to fix my lip because was broken. They do a terrible job and they say before the surgery it was a easy job for them because they have a lot of experience for surgery more serious. When you need help after the surgery they answer after 2 3 days when it supposed to help you 24/7. Go to another one because i think the another rewiew are fake or something like that.

I had an eyebrow transplant here and am very pleased with the overall result. From start to finish I was looked after the team and am particularly pleased with the support offered by my patient coordinator Irem who made the journey smooth.

I had a neck lift 3 weeks ago and I am very satisfied with the whole process and the service on site. Transfer, hotel, doctors, nurses were great and I would especially like to thank Irem - she did a great job and looked after me perfectly - I can only recommend her to others

I had breast uplift and implant on 28th of March, my Dr was Dr Mert Sizmaz, I would like to say what a fantastic surgeon he was, he made sure that I was comfortable and he reassured me at all times, I’m back in London and we are still in contact, if I have any worries I have been reassured that any questions I can message and ask, which I have done already. Although, my experience with Vanity aftercare was not as good with the nurses, I found majority of them very rude and obnoxious and was reluctant to help. I had to have drains in either side of my boobs, after the surgery, I was told I needed to be discharged to go back to hotel and then come back in a few days to get the drains taken out, the nurses wasn’t very professional. I was scared to leave the hospital with the drains as I had never had surgery before. The nurses then told me if I wanted further care I should have brought my own nurses with me and if I wanted to stay in hospital further, I would have to pay for extra stay. They night nurses wasn’t nurses, the medication was lined out of a evening, they left me from 11pm until 6:30am, without any antibiotics or medication, I was pressing the alarm from 3am, after I was told every 4hours I would receive my medication, they told me they couldn’t give me anything until 6am, 6am came and my medication was still not given, I pressed my buzzer at 6:30am and was told, “we thought you was asleep, we didn’t want to wake you” I informed them that I needed my medication, if they would have come into me then, they would have seen I had been up all night in severe pain with no medication from 11pm the previous night. The experience overall, I would say was OK, not amazing. The coordinators lacked communication with myself and my two other friends, and although it was Eid, ignored us for 2 days and told us it’s a religious holiday and that’s why, but prior to that, never informed us of this and lacked communication and failed to let us know. My surgeon was absolutely fantastic, and I am sad that most of the reviews from after care and the nurses who treated people rather poorly, will reflect bad on some of the surgeons. I am 7 days post op and I would just like to say, if you are going to book with Vanity, I would recommend Dr Mert Sizmaz, he is so genuine, careful and honest. He is very reassuring and he made me feel very confident.

Ich hatte vor einer Woche ein Bruststraffung + Implantate. Von dem 1. Kontakt, Transfer, Hotel, Op, meiner Ärztin Frau Dr. Gül, meiner Patientekoordinatorin Yasemin bis in zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos. Besser hätte es natürlich nicht laufen können. Auch meine Begleitperson wurde zu jedem Zeitpunkt bestens versorgt. Ich bin wirklich dankbar und unfassbar Glücklich mit meinem jetzigen Ergebnis und werde definitiv wieder dorthin gehen. Le meilleure choix de ma vie je ne regrette pas du tout de l’avoir fait dans cette clinique, vraiment foncée vous n’allez pas regretter ! Toute l’équipe est au top et très professionnel ! Mon chirurgien dr cagatay a fais du très bon travail je suis trop heureuse !!!! Bientôt un mois post op et tout vas bien et le résultat incroyable ! Die Behandlung und der ganze Aufenthalt war 1A.

Ich hatte eine Liposuktion an Bauch und Hüfte- im Vorwege lief alles super, die Kommunikation war schnell und nett- am Tag vor der OP bekam ich dann Murat als Ansprechpartner, der auch direkt bei der Ankunft am OP Tag vor Ort war und mir wirklich super geholfen hat und auch Sicherheit gegeben hat- was ich nicht gut fand: Auf dem Weg zur Narkose wurde von 3 Seiten über mich hinweg türkisch gesprochen und mir dann, unten angekommen, einfach das Narkosemittel kommentarlos in den Zugang gespritzt- ohne Vorwarnung- das geht in meinen Augen gar nicht. Nach der OP- ich wollte eigentlich gern am selben Tag ins Hotel, hatte ich- wie wohl üblich- 4 Drainagen liegen- und es lief wirklich viel… mein Bett war in kurzer Zeit nass- man hätte mich in diesem Zustand tatsächlich entlassen, ich hab es dann letzten Endes abgelehnt und bin über Nacht dort geblieben- was gut war! Leider haben die Schwestern nicht ein einziges Mal das komplett nasse Laken gewechselt- das hat mein Mann gemacht, der mit war. Und dann kam nachts plötzlich eine Putzfrau, war 2 Minuten da- Licht an, Tür offen gelassen- unmöglich. Murat war aber stets erreichbar und hat mich am letzten Kontrolltag auch wieder sehr gut begleitet- alles in Allem hätte man es besser machen können, sauberer, netter. Murat und der Arzt waren sehr nett.
