I was looked after a lovely lady called İrem and Dr Aysel. İrem supported me from start to finish, she spoke amazing English (better than me sometimes haha) and I could really tell how much she cared about me and how much effort she put into ensuring everything went smoothly. Aysel was my doctor/surgeon, she greeted me in such a relaxed and relatable way, she felt almost like a friend that I could trust. I haven’t seen the end results yet as I am only a couple of days post op however I honestly can say I can feel the confidence rushing in and the insecurity fading out. I will be forever grateful for Dr Aysel’s work, this is truly life changing for me. I appreciate everything the clinic has done for me and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! United Kingdom | 30 November 2024Highly recommend! This was my first time flying abroad for a procedure so I was a bit nervous. Through out the entire process of initial contact, to arrival and departure it was always easy and safe! Flew in from the United States. Before I even left the airport my contact was reassuring me by giving me detail instructions on where to go once I landed where my pick up would be awaiting. (Only issue I had was the airport WiFi was not working and had to ask a stranger for hotspot, please keep that in mind and would be better to have some type of sim before hand) Through out the entire process there was timely pick up / drop off. The staff at the hospital were very warm and welcoming. Answering any of the questions I had. I believe a lot of the times it’s the uncertainty of tracing far and do a procedure that scares most. But personally did gyno surgery alone and I felt safe / secure and in great hands the whole time!

Mieu vaut venir à 2 pour la convalescence la bas si vous faites une operation importante.Ne pas être pressé des résultats opération faite le 15 Novembre rhinoplastie...3 mois pour les oedemes et 6 mois généralement pour tous résultats definitifs . Auch ich war vor 16 Tagen zu einer Bauchdeckenstraffung Oberarmstraffung und 360° absaugen bei vanity und bin sehr enttäuscht von der Firma. Ich hatte die ganze Zeit kaum einen Übersetzer, beziehungsweise musste ich erst ungehalten werden, damit der Übersetzer kommt und den Schwestern erklärt, dass ich offensichtlich das Antibiotika nicht Vertrage. Die Schwestern sprechen kein Wort Englisch, dass sie nicht deutsch können, kann ich ja noch verstehen aber die notwendigsten Sachen in Englisch sollte man in so einer Klinik schon sprechen. Der Arzt ist offensichtlich Auch nicht der Kompetenteste. Denn bei der OP beziehungsweise unmittelbar danach hat sich bereits eine Entzündung in meiner Bauchdecke entwickelt, die man laut Aussage der deutschen Ärzte hätte. Punktieren müssen. Ich habe so viel Blut verloren, dass ich die Ärzte in Deutschland richtig Sorgen machten um mich. Liege jetzt in einer Uniklinik in Deutschland und mich erwarten horrende noch zu zahlende Kosten seitens meiner Krankenversicherung. Erreichbar war nachdem ich in der Türkei war so gut wie keiner mehr. Mein Patienten Berater ( Murat) Hat es nicht für nötig gefunden, mir die versprochene Aufmerksamkeit ( bei den papieren behilflich sein , übersetzten .,,,,) zukommen zu lassen. Alles in allem war es eine schreckliche Erfahrung, die mich jede Menge Geld gekostet hat und noch kosten wird. Ach ja im Krankenhaus war es ohne Ende laut. Nichts hat funktioniert, der infusionsständer lies sich nicht festzustellen- fiel ständig runtet. Der putztrupp kam um 0.30 mitten in der nacht. Der safe öffnete sich nicht mehr, Der Shuttleservice und das hotel waren ok. Wobei ich mich ernsthaft frage, wie man einen Patienten wie ich, die aus allen Löchern literweise Blut und Wasser verliert in ein Hotelzimmer stecken kann ohne ärztliche Betreuung Für mich war es reine abzocke, die waren nur auf mein Geld aus ,Als sie mein Geld in der Tasche hatten, hat sich der Service grundlegend verschlechtert. Ich kann vanity auf keinste Art und Weise empfehlen. Im Gegenteil, ich rate allen ab. Überlege mir auch aufgrund der noch zu erwartenden Kosten, wenn die zu verklagen und vielleicht mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Schon aufgefallen? Alle 5 sterne bewertungen sind im selben zeitraum ohne erkennbaren namen ! Hmmm macht sehr nachdenklich

The doctor, Erman Menekse, was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Throughout the entire process, they took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had, which made me feel confident and comfortable. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, which added to the positive experience. I highly recommend this hospital!

Turkey | 26 November 2024I recently had the pleasure of undergoing gynecomastia surgery, liposuction, and a hair transplant with Vanity Estetik, and I am thoroughly impressed with the high level of care and professionalism throughout my journey—despite a few minor hiccups. From the very beginning, Vanity’s medical team made me feel at ease. The gynecomastia and liposuction procedures went smoothly, and I appreciated the overnight stay in the hospital where I was regularly checked on. The nurses were attentive, though slightly heavy-handed when changing dressings and garments. When I kindly declined their assistance due to tenderness and chose to change the garments myself, they were understanding and respectful of my decision. After being transferred to the Mercure hotel for recovery, my stay was comfortable, though I did encounter some minor issues with the hotel itself that were outside of Vanity’s control. The focus on my recovery and follow-ups, however, remained strong and well-managed. Five days later, I returned to the hospital for my hair transplant, which was another excellent experience. The team consistently checked on me, ensuring I was comfortable during the procedure. I was offered frequent breaks to stretch, use the restroom, and even enjoy lunch, which made the long day much easier to manage. Their attentiveness during such an involved procedure was truly commendable. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly marred at the very end due to a miscommunication regarding my post-transplant transfer to an airport hotel. Despite notifying multiple coordinators and even discussing my plans with the driver in advance (with WhatsApp messages to evidence this), I was told there were no drivers available, and I would need to arrange and pay for a taxi myself. After a long day of surgery, this was frustrating. I even approached the same driver and asked him why he was denying that such conversation had taken place but he pretended like he didn’t know what I was talking about. To make matters worse, one of the coordinators Oğuzhan Ünal, whom I was conversing with via WhatsApp was extremely rude when I raised my concerns about the transfer. His messages were not only unhelpful but came across as belittling and aggressive, blaming me for not specifying the exact hotel name (even though this had been discussed multiple times). His tone was completely unprofessional, and rather than resolving the issue, he added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. Thankfully, after over an hour of arguing in the lobby, the manager stepped in and resolved the matter by giving me cash for an Uber. The receptionist was also incredibly understanding and compassionate by doing her best to make me feel heard and offering sincere apologies, which I appreciated. Overall, while the medical care at Vanity Estetik was exceptional, the poor communication and unprofessional behavior of Oğuzhan significantly impacted my experience. His attitude was unacceptable and not reflective of the otherwise caring and skilled staff. I hope Vanity addresses this issue internally, as this final incident tarnished what was otherwise a very positive experience. I’m awarding Vanity 4/5 stars, as the surgical expertise and attentive care were fantastic. However, better coordination and training on professional communication would make this a five-star experience.

Germany | 26 November 2024Experience with BBL First of all, the Vanity Team is very Kind and attentive with their patients. I arrived and the driver of the transfer was waiting for me. After that I was able to get in the hotel room , that’s also confy and clean. In the morning the driver drives you to the hospital of vanity for the surgery, where I met the doctor, he told me details about my intervention. With them I agreed and everything went smoothly and I prepared for the operation. In follow of the surgery I woke up and got the best nursing care and check ups from the doc. After the hospital stay I got back to my hotel. Every day you get text messages if you are okay and for the control Termin. So the last day arrived and I am about to go home, before that I also got controlled and everything seems fine and so the doc allowed me to get home. I case I would say the whole time I got the best care I can recommend Vanity for its quality and knowledge. I thank you again for my well being.

Everything was really well organised at the hospital with the coordinator meeting us and helping us with all the forms and procedures that had to be done prior to meeting the surgeon and then going in for surgery.

The process began with Patient Coordinator Zeynep Kapucu, who was incredibly helpful and responsive while I was still abroad. Once I arrived in Turkey, Berfin, my on-site coordinator and primary point of contact, ensured everything went smoothly. The customer service throughout was outstanding! As for the surgery, Dr. Semih Yildiz exceeded my expectations. He is not only kind and approachable but also an excellent communicator. He took the time to explain everything in detail and walked me through each step of the process. The final result was exactly what I was hoping for, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Vanity to anyone considering cosmetic procedures in Turkey. One area for improvement would be the hotel accommodation provided (Mercure Umraniye). The service, food, and hygiene standards could be better, and its location is far from the hospital and the more lively parts of Istanbul.

Irem My coordinator Was the best, She make sure everything went smooth from booking my hotel ,airport pick up and to all the paperwork that I need it Before & After. She was always checking up on me Before & After surgery. Dr kadri It's a great Doctor , he was very upfront with me on everything on how the procedure was going to be done before and after. He was great. I'm very happy. All staff members were great . Thank you vanity Cosmetic hospital for a great surgery I truly recommend them .
